Eric Bauza was a master of his craft, voicing so many iconic characters in animation and bringing joy to audiences of all ages. The DreamWorks Animation family will treasure the time spent working with him on Forgotten Island, The Adventures of Puss in Boots, and many other projects at the studio. We extend our sincerest sympathy to his family.
I never actually got to meet Eric, and honestly I wish I had the chance. But man, the guy left such a huge mark on so many of my friends and coworkers all over the place.
The news is such a gut punch that I can’t really process it. Such a terrible loss and far too young.

Rest in peace, Eric. Thank you for taking up the mantle and breathing new life into Looney Tunes icons like Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, and other countless beloved characters. Your joy and kindness will live on in the hearts of animation fans everywhere.

Anytime someone would ask who I looked up to or admired in this industry, without question, my top answer was always Eric Bauza. As a talent, as a person, as an Asian inspiration. He was and will always be a legend. All my love to his friends and family...
Rest easy, doc 💜🕯️

Have so many friends in animation and voiceover that have nothing but great things to say about Bauza and his kindness and generosity towards them. Just a remarkably good guy on top of one of the greatest actors

I’m still in complete shock and my heart goes out to all his friends and family. He loved animation and we all loved him so much. A truly genuine person who I would always look forward to seeing.

Besides being immensely talented, Eric Bauza was so kind and gracious. He was certainly someone I looked up to - speaking out for Coyote Vs Acme, showing up at the picket line, and working with Saturday Morning Cartoons United are a few of the ways he showed up for the community.

This is just devastating to see. A man who showed so much zeal and appreciation for voiceover, and brought so many faces new and old back to Looney Tunes with his crazy talent. This makes Coyote vs Acme being released all the more special as his last movie. RIP 🕯️

Eric.
Your talent was only surpassed by your kindness.
Sending love and prayers to your family.
Rest well, my brother.

We are deeply saddened to hear of Eric Bauza's passing. His voice talents extended to Ratchet & Clank, Spider-Man, Batman: Arkham City, MultiVersus and so many more.

I'm in complete shock and disbelief. A tremendously talented and kind coworker who I always had great conversations with and learned from. Sending so much love to his family. He was a giant. A titan in our industry.

I still cant believe this is real. I'm absolutely numb right now. This feels like a bad dream. Eric Bauza was not only one of the most gifted people to grace the voice acting industry and a phenomenally talented artist, but one of the humblest, kindest, most supportive souls in the business. He had the warmest smile and was always sincere. He let his talent speak for itself and made everyone feel like he was their biggest fan. He will always be a legend but I'm devastated that I'll never be able to give him a hug, or hear him joke, or see him smile again. Fuck, man.

RIP Eric Bauza, one of the greatest of all time. Did almost every single one of those voices in Coyote vs Acme. Someone who clearly loved these characters so much that he wasn't just doing Mel Blanc, he made them his own.
