It was good to round up #CarersWeek2019 by taking part in the #Gofalwyr2019Carers conference in Bangor Uni. thanks for the dozens of messages from delegates to the young carers from Merthyr & Abergele who had shared their ideas for today. Iโ€™ll be sure to pass them on.
