WHO IS ADAM ROBINSON?
Adam Robinson is the co-founder and CEO of Retention.com, a company that helps online stores identify anonymous website visitors, reach them by email, and recover lost sales.
Founded in 2019 by Robinson, Tate Blahnik, and Diana Ross, the company originally launched as GetEmails. Its technology matches anonymous website traffic against consumer identity databases to identify email addresses without visitors having to complete a form.
Its products include GROW for email list expansion, RECLAIM for abandonment recovery, and RB2B, launched in 2024, for identifying business visitors.
That raises privacy questions worth asking: 🤔
Who has access to this information? Who can it be shared with or sold to? How are visitors informed, and what control do they have over their data?
