Supplier raises a price 12%. Nobody notices. The alert was buried in raw webhook data. I built an n8n workflow that validates it, blocks duplicates, logs it to Sheets and pings Telegram. Bad data gets rejected with reasons.

Built an AI lead-triage agent in n8n.
It checks the CRM, judges fit, and drafts a reply.
The twist: it has no send step. Humans press send.
I tested it with a duplicate, a bad-budget lead and a prompt injection. Code guardrails caught all three.
