Classic financial analysis shows $FNMA and $FMCC, Fannie & Freddie, are strong, well-run companies trading a deep discount to book and pe values. But the conservatorship, SPS, and 79.9% warrants held by the govt (taken in 2008 for $.00001) are keeping the price down.
$FNMA $FMCC Not a bad week for Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac shareholders. Given DJT's continual commending of Pulte...Ackman's optimistic content & s/h engagement...& even Warren's housing letter…a meaningful shift with F2 seems to be occurring. seekingalpha.com/article/496…

Following strong Q3 ‘26 earnings at $FNMA & $FMCC , I asked Grok to analyze the $1.8T multifamily segment given rollovers of 2-3% financing into current 5-6% rates. Interesting summary for $GSE and US economy: grok.com/share/bGVnYWN5_263d…

Amazing to see. How to harness some of the power of Ai to build a company.
This is f*cking insane. SpaceXAI founder Elon Musk: "99% of people still use GrokBot like Google. They ask one question and close the tab At SpaceXAI, over 80% of our engineers already run teams of 50+ GrokBot agents. A Chief of Staff plans the day, PMs hand out the work, and the workers ship it overnight. In 6-12 months GrokBot will be the #1 agentic tool in the world" In this 1-hour session, Elon sits down with SpaceXAI engineers and shows how one GrokBot turns into a team that never clocks out GrokBot → Chief of Staff → PMs → 50+ Workers → Autonomous Company Chief of Staff agent plans the day and hands out every task PM agent splits the work and checks everything the workers ship Anyone can ask GrokBot a question, almost nobody gives it a team to run Worth more than any $6,000 agentic engineering course Bookmark and watch it today Then read how to build your own team of GrokBot agents in the harness engineering guide below ↓

Never forget…liberal Virginians voted in a Dem Governor, Senate and House, who immediately tried to pass a redistricting plan to draw funky lines with 10 very Democrat, eliminating Republican representation in a 47% GOP state. Vote to protect democracy. Vote Republican.
Good morning, Patriots!☕️ 7 more days until the midterms - and the energy is electric! Time to Rock the Vote! If we don't take this seriously, we stand to lose the House and Senate majorities we need to protect the border, lock in America First policies, defend our freedoms, and keep the progress of the last decade from being undone. Complacency hands the keys back to the same crowd that put open borders, higher costs, and radical agendas first. Our kids, our security, and the country we love are on the ballot. Let's finish what we started and stand firm. Have a fantastic day - Cyndee ❤️

Hilarious truths by Arynne Wexler! @Gutfeldfox have her on your show!
Meet Arynnе Wexler, a comedian and cultural commentator known for her outspoken takes on politics and culture. The clip you are about to watch is a GLORIOUS Gavin Newscam roast, followed by a Marco Rubio segment. 🔥🔥🔥 Before comedy, Arynne worked in finance at Goldman Sachs and in Silicon Valley after studying at Wharton and the University of Pennsylvania. Now she’s making RED WAVES with sharp, unapologetic stand-up that tackles politics, immigration, and the cultural issues that are outrageous dinner table taboos! 😂 She’s built a following of over 1.2 million fans and performed across the country. Listen to her for a few minutes and you'll see why!

Never forget average price of gas in US was over $5.00 a gallon in 2022 under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. 400,000 illegal immigrants were streaming across the border…per month. Trump closed the border. Gas is about $4 in 2026. A vote for DSA Democrats is destroying America.

I see a trip to The Cheesecake Factory in my near future.
Scott Bessent just ate at Cheesecake Factory to TROLL Obama for trashing it, then TORCHED him: “This is the man who built the museum that looks like Darth Vader’s tomb... I had a great meal, and I would tell the Martha's Vineyard set to give it a try.” Total savage 🔥

Cheesecake Factory Rocks! No matter what Obama says. I also like gold, and helicopter pads instead of muddy lawns, and big beautiful ballrooms. I do not like large ugly monolithic turrets (Obama’s library cost $1.1 Billion).

“Cash for clunkers”…. An Obama program to destroy perfectly functional and affordable cars. Absolutely absurd idiotic government program. In 2026 millions of the old “clunkers” that survived are still running quite well, providing affordable transportation.
For anyone curious about what it actually looked like to kill a generation of functioning cars, here’s an actual video from 2009 and brief explanation: The dealer first replaces the oil with sodium silicate solution. It’s a clear-ish liquid that crystallizes under extreme heat. As the engine warms up the solution begins to form small abrasive crystals in the oil system that shred the bearing and score the cylinder walls. Within seconds of starting the car you can see smoke billowing from the exhaust, this is the crystals scratching the cylinder walls and leaving small grooves for oil and solution to leak past into the combustion chamber and ignite/evaporate, producing the white smoke. Pretty soon the entire crankcase is full of crystals and freshly shredded metal flakes, the engine seizes. It took about 40 seconds in this video. Some engines reportedly lasted up to 7 minutes, but all were destroyed. That strikes me as sort of sad in a way, like watching a great warrior slowly lose a heroic last stand. Now, this is the part that gets insanely wasteful. These cars were sent to federally approved recycling facilities where they had 180 days to sell the non-engine parts before they were required to prove that they had shred the entire thing into scrap steel. But, in talking to a guy who ran one such facility at the time, he typically just sent them straight to the crusher. The timeframes allotted weren’t long enough to dismantle all of the cars, and even if you could, the marginal prices of the parts was greatly diminished. You cannot sell 1000 transmissions when only 50 went bad that year, they became worthless. So just like that, in order to increase prosperity and save the environment, 677,000 entire running cars and trucks were turned directly into rebar worth a few cents per pound. The entire Obama administration was like a chapter out of atlas shrugged.

True. Many TDS infected people chant verbatim CNN or MS Now talking points de jour. Catchy but false.
When @realDonaldTrump was elected for his first term, innumerable people including most of my academic colleagues said that the worst realities would befall the United States. None of those things happened. They then said that he would wait until his second term to end democracy, institute martial law, etc. None of those things have happened. Is there a SINGLE honest individual amongst those people who is willing to admit that they were grossly incorrect and hence irrationally unhinged?

Yes.
🚨🇺🇸5 GET-OUT-THE-VOTE JOBS: And Vote Republican!🇺🇸 Former Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin shared some jarring statistics this weekend about the typically HUGE drop-off in Republican voter turnout when there's not a presidential election. But he said the stakes are far TOO high to be complacent this year with destructive, Big-Government socialism on the ballot. As he campaigned for 5th Congressional District Rep. John McGuire's re-election, Youngkin described some easy, practical jobs that everyone can do to increase voter turnout for the Congressman — tasks that we can ALSO do for ALL Republican candidates:

Good F&F question to Sec Bessent.
$FNMA $FMCC The longer this day has gone on, the more encouraged I am by this exchange between the legendary @SolomonPageGrp (Lloyd Solomon - give this hero and fellow shareholder a follow!!!) & @SecScottBessent. I don’t recall another time when the Secretary has publicly fielded a direct question with so much intentional advocacy for long suffering Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac shareholders. I can’t imagine a scenario where (even though it was a live feed) Scotty B didn’t know what questions were coming. There’s too much risk not to take those precautionary measures. If that’s the case, Lloyd was permitted to frame a question highlighting these key points: 1. The housing crisis. 2. The pivotal role F2 plays in the US housing market & overall economy. 3. The excessive length of the conservatorship. 4. The theft of the net worth sweeps. 5. The Fairholme case. 6. How well F2 has been rehabilitated along with Trump‘s repeated acknowledgment of that. He then brought it all home by expressing his belief that a release from conservatorship would benefit the country as a whole and pressed Bessent on the progress of a plan to get us out of “purgatory”. I know...Bessent deflected. We didn’t get the desired response of an immediate SPSPA write off & uplist tomorrow. And I believe he’s naturally going to sandbag on the timeline...especially after the administration couldn’t follow through on the expectations they created last year. But we did get the blessing of an advocate painting a very vivid picture of the shareholder plight to the Secretary of the Treasury to his face in front of the world and challenging him on releasing us. That's pure gold, Lloyd! Well done, Sir! If only legacy media would be so bold. GLTA

A fight to the death! Very interesting analysis of the world in 2026. Elon is amazing. Others complain the American Dream is impossible, yet he did it on the largest scale in history. Right in front of all of us to see.
🚨 I spend an enormous amount of time trying to understand the chaos we're living through. Not the headlines. The machine behind them. 🚨 If you want to understand what Elon Musk is really fighting, and who is really fighting him, this is the clearest map I can give you. Expensive houses. Expensive schools. Expensive healthcare. Taxes that rise every year while everything gets worse. Borders nobody voted to open. Speech rules nobody voted for. Most people look at this and blame capitalism. The market failed, they say, so the state has to step in and fix it. They have it exactly backwards. What they want to fix it with is what broke it. This isn't chaos, and it isn't capitalism. It has a direction, a method, and a hundred-year history. Let me reverse-engineer it. In 1926, Mussolini's regime threw Antonio Gramsci, co-founder of the Italian Communist Party, into prison. From his cell he asked the question that would shape the next century: why did the revolution win in Russia but fail in the West, where Marx said it was inevitable? His answer: in Russia, the state was everything, so seizing it was enough. In the West, the state was only the outer wall. Behind it stood the real fortress: the church, the family, the school, the press, the culture. Western workers never revolted because the culture held them. So the conclusion was simple. Don't storm the palace. Capture the culture. Win the institutions and you never have to win the argument, because you decide which arguments are allowed. In 1967, the German student leader Rudi Dutschke gave it a slogan: the long march through the institutions. Paris supplied the intellectual software, and I've already apologized for my country's part in that. Then came the most patient operation in modern history. The students of the 60s became the professors of the 80s. Their students became the journalists, judges, civil servants and HR directors of the 2000s. Their students now run the foundations, the NGOs and the agencies. No single step looked like a revolution. That's exactly why it worked. The method was communist. The ambition became global. And it grew like a cancer. A cancer never attacks the body head-on. It hijacks the body's own cells and feeds on the body's own resources. This system never had to defeat the West. It just had to make the West pay for it. In America, the machine found a political home: the Democratic Party. Not the millions of decent people who vote for it. The apparatus. The donor networks, the activist groups, the consultants, the captured agencies that keep moving in the same direction whoever wins. In Europe, it found something even better. The EU's founders, Schuman, Adenauer, De Gasperi, were Catholic anti-communists who wanted to make war impossible. But they built exactly what the long march dreams of: power that never has to face a voter. A Commission nobody directly elects holds the right to propose laws for 450 million people. Chat Control. The digital euro. Speech rules written in Brussels. Nobody stormed anything. They just drafted it. Add the World Economic Forum, the UN agencies and the global foundation circuit, and you have the full map. You don't need a secret meeting when everyone went to the same schools, reads the same papers, funds the same NGOs and flies to the same conference in Davos every January. It's not a conspiracy. It's a class with shared incentives. That's harder to fight, because there's no headquarters to raid. And the billionaires? Most people who became the richest in the world got absorbed. They built something real, then traded it for an aura. Bill Gates is the perfect example: he built the software that ran the world, then became the bankroller of global health bureaucracies and the funder of newsrooms covering his own causes. Laurene Powell Jobs bought The Atlantic. Benioff bought Time. You're not buying a business. You're buying the right to be called good by the people who decide who is good. That's the corruption. Not suitcases of cash. Money for aura, grants for loyalty, NGOs for policy. All legal. All invisible. Here's the proof it's one system and not a hundred separate problems. Look at what happened to prices over the last 25 years. Everything exposed to markets and technology got cheaper: TVs, software, phones, clothing. Everything controlled by institutions exploded: college, healthcare, childcare. And housing, where you need a committee's permission to build anything. Same country, same economy, same decades. The difference isn't the product. It's who controls it. Taxes go up and services get worse, because the money doesn't reach the services. It feeds the layers. Immigration happens at a scale no electorate clearly chose, because for a system that lives on managing problems, more problems means more budget. And a two-income family today can't buy the house their parents bought on one salary. That's real poverty, manufactured by a machine that is rewarded for looking good, never for being good. MAGA isn't the cause of the chaos. It's the immune response. Brexit, the farmers' revolts, the votes shaking every European capital: same thing. The body finally noticed the tumor. So what we're living through is not a normal political cycle. It's a fight to the death between two models. One runs on the perception of goodness. The other runs on reality. And it had to be the richest man in the world. Anyone smaller would have been bought, sued or cancelled. Every billionaire before him took the deal. Elon walked out of the club and turned the lights on. He bought Twitter for $44 billion, opened the Twitter Files and gave the world back a public square where any narrative can be checked in real time. He went inside the government and helped shut down USAID. Now Politico announces that the Democrats' gavels are coming for him. His answer: he'll find out who is really pulling the strings and go after them, not just their puppets. He has one line he keeps coming back to: he cares about the reality of goodness, not the perception of it. That sentence is the whole war. Now the part that makes me certain of how it ends. A lie is expensive to maintain. It needs gatekeepers, censors, fact-checkers, friendly journalists, a budget, and constant repairs every time reality contradicts it. The truth costs nothing to maintain. It just keeps being true. AI is driving the cost of checking anything toward zero. Any budget, any study, any statistic, any promise, audited in seconds by anyone with a phone. Yes, AI can generate lies at scale too. But producing a lie is cheap. Defending it against a billion instant audits is impossible. That's what acceleration really means. It doesn't pick sides. It speeds up feedback loops. Systems aligned with reality compound. Systems built on lies hit the wall faster. And you cannot build rockets, design chips or cure diseases with a false model of the world. Physics doesn't read op-eds. The more intelligence we pour into the world, the more expensive every lie becomes. You cannot scale a lie. You can only scale what's true. We are close to the collapse of the old order and the birth of a new one. Not the one from the WEF's own 2016 video, "you'll own nothing and you'll be happy." The opposite. An order built on truth-seeking, efficiency, science, private property and free markets. You will own things. You will build things. And you'll be happy, because it will be real. Gramsci's long march took a century. Its collapse will take years. History will remember this moment. A man walked into the most powerful machine ever built, refused the deal everyone else took, and chose reality over perception. I have never been more optimistic.

DataRepublican is on it. DSA platform is in writing and it calls for destruction of our America we know and love.
The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan . You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits. What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027. Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic. The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change. Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.

And a burning in Milan, like France
Make no mistake: the burning outside Milan’s historic Duomo cathedral is an attack on Christianity and the West. The barbarians have invaded and are flying Tirana/Albania, Morocco, and Palestine flags. This is a war on Western values, culture, and way of life. It parallels the French riots in Paris and Marseille because the Left has forced mass migration without assimilation all over Europe, just like Biden and the Democrats forced it on America. The same agenda has been planted across Europe—no city or cathedral is safe. Time to wake up. America must vote red in the midterms or face more chaos from the Left’s agenda to destroy our shared Western foundations.
