Krafton has posted an official notice regarding the results and measures regarding the PUBG Asia Stars VN: pubg.com/vi/news/11155 KR: pubg.com/ko/news/11155 Himass and Tanvuu have received a permanent ban on their game accounts and permanent suspension from all official regional and global tournaments, and all official esports tournaments organized or approved from Krafton for violations of: - Rule 5.10 of PUBG's Rules of Conduct ("DO NOT STALK OTHER PLAYERS FROM MATCH TO MATCH") - Rule 5.12 of PUBG's Rules of Conduct ("DO NOT MANIPULATE MATCH RESULTS") - violation of PUBG Esports Pro Player's duty of dignity and conduct Both players have been given a right to appeal the rulling "in accordance with the established procedures of esports". Krafton has confirmed the players violations as follows: using information outside of the game via other players streams or external sources, and using those informations during a game. During the investigation, Krafton has checked the allegations against other players, and "has found no other violation that would require sanctions." Krafton has also stated that they never permitted the viewing of other player's streams and playing using the external source information in any event or league, nor apply different standards in different regions. Krafton has also apologized and took responsibility once again, for failure to properly and consistently communicate regulations and procedures and all issues that occured during PUBG Asia Stars, and is internally reviewing the event operation process before taking any further actions.
