Welcome @tobydemello, the new head coach of @PacificBaseball. The NorCal native and former University of Arizona hitting coach, who helped lead @AZATHLETICS to a College World Series appearance in 2025, will build on the strong foundation created by the late Reed Peters. @PacificTigers #NCAABaseball #wccsports #PacificProud pacific.edu/pacific-newsroom…

I couldn’t be more proud of @PacificBaseball as the Tigers complete one of the best seasons in the program’s 81-year history, reaching the first postseason tournament in 28 years and coming one win away from advancing to the #wccsports championship game. Talented, gritty, hard-working players, led by the best coach in the @WCCsports in Reed Peters. Special thanks to an amazing group of #BaseballParents who cheered on the @PacificTigers all year. #PacificProud

Calling all Tigers: Join AD @aktschuor, First Lady @JeanAtPacific and me for a @PacificTigers / @PacificAlumni pregame reception at Scottsdale Stadium before cheering on No. 2 @PacificBaseball v No. 3 USF in the @WCCsports Tournament. If you can’t get to the game, watch on ESPN+ at 7PM or head over to the Tiger Watch Party at @MikePizzaCafe. Below our Tigers are fueling up with an assortment of Arizona meat products at @bobbyqsaz. #GoTyges! #wccsports #PacificProud

Tomorrow we will be cheering on @PacificBaseball as the team competes in the @WCCsports Tournament, the program’s first postseason appearance in 28 years. But today we salute the remarkable academic achievements of our student-athletes, led by five @PacificTigers receiving #wccsports All-Academic honors. Sophomore SS Robert Orr (applied economics) was named to the WCC All-Academic Team with a 3.92 GPA while P Regan Carter (junior - business), RF Braeden Schnabel (junior – applied economics), P Ethan Shaver (graduate student – emergency management) and IN Jake Tandy (senior – engineering physics) were all-conference honorable mentions. #PacificProud

We are #PacificProud of Coach Reed Peters and his gritty @PacificBaseball squad, clinching 2nd place in @WCCsports and a 1st round bye in next week’s conference tournament – the program’s first postseason appearance in 28 years and the Tigers best conference record in more than 50 years. @PacificTigers will jump to double-elimination Thursday night at the #wccsports tournament hosted at Scottsdale Stadium, the spring training home of the San Francisco Giants. #GoTyges!
