Sounds like there should be a criminal investigation of who allowed Claude to do that.

Democrats need to wake up. Texas and Alaska don’t carry you to a victory, this map is horrendous. Get off your ass and vote. I don’t give a fuck if you dislike the candidate, just fucking vote and stop this president. We all think he sucks. Vote like it…

Unfortunately, California has a long track record of passing laws that violate the First Amendment. AB56 is just the latest in that line. We look forward to having the law enjoined just like in our challenge to Colorado’s similar law.
🚨 California Threatens Free Speech Yet Again: NetChoice Sues to Stop Unskippable Government Warnings on Social Media LOS ANGELES, Calif.—NetChoice sued California yesterday to stop the government's latest attack on websites that display fully protected speech. AB 56 is a law that will force websites to put up state-scripted "warning" messages discouraging Californians from using online services and promoting the government's controversial views on social media. This is compelled speech, a direct violation of the First Amendment. "The First Amendment is not a suggestion,” said @Paul_Taske, Director of the NetChoice Litigation Center. “California cannot force a private website to act as a mouthpiece for its preferred message. The State is free to speak for itself, but the Constitution forbids it from forcing others to speak for it. A federal court already blocked Colorado's nearly identical law, and there is no First Amendment exception for California.” WHY CALIFORNIANS SHOULD CARE: 1. The warnings take up as much as 75% of the screen for up to 30 seconds, cannot be skipped, and come back up every hour after three hours online, no matter how many times users have seen them. 2. An unconstitutional law protects no one, and in this case, it actively undermines the public's access to diverse perspectives and information. 3. California is exploiting legitimate concerns about mental health to justify its attacks on speech services. 4. Politicians are using "public health" as a backdoor way to control online speech. States cannot do by "warning label" what they are unable to do by outright ban. A federal court already blocked Colorado's nearly identical law on First Amendment grounds, and California's should fall too. 5. California doesn't trust adults to make their own choices, or parents to make decisions for their own families. Unless a site has verified a user is over 17, everyone gets the warning.

“@pangram ’s goal is about monetizing people’s anxiety about AI - it’s not about protecting creative integrity. They sell a false binary certainty to those gullible enough to ignore probabilities.”
People treat Pangram as an infallible oracle. They weaponize its probabilities to shame others by some arbitrary purity standard. The irony is that it’s mostly redundant: obviously AI-generated stuff is already recognizable without it. And for more nuanced writing, Pangram fails to distinguish between text written by a human and edited by AI, vs text that is generated whole-cloth from a prompt. At the end of the day, @pangram ’s goal is about monetizing people’s anxiety about AI - it’s not about protecting creative integrity. They sell a false binary certainty to those gullible enough to ignore probabilities.

Amazing that Andrew Carnegie, 130 years ago, built 2,500 libraries, Carnegie Hall, and Carnegie Mellon. He invested $50M in today's dollars to build the Peace Palace in The Hague, in a country he was not from and did not live in. Shouldn't there be a Musk Hall, Bezos Auditorium, or Zuckerberg Cathedral everywhere? What are these boys doing with all that money?

In these early elections, it has already become known Republicans have rigged election machines, turned Democrat voters away claiming they already voted which they had not, demanded States purge eligible voters from voter rolls or be arrested. It's the beginning of a coup d'etat

Around 02:50, she claims they hadn’t used the Edison in years — total lie — and then at 03:20 comes the whopper: she claims they weren’t using commercial analyzers for fingerstick tests when in fact they were secretly using Siemens machines. youtu.be/MBs-oj7U-bo?is=9hLS…

Good morning Family. If you have early voting and your state uses voting machines be sure to pay close attention to how the machine reacts to your choices. They may have been preprogrammed to flip your Dem choice to R. All they do is cheat. #DemsUnited

I wish I was wrong, but I do have a suspicion that what’s happening in Tennessee, Texas, Michigan, etc is what happened in 2024. However, they weren’t caught last time. This time though, people are catching on that something is definitely wrong.

There is a very disturbing trend being seen in early voting. Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio are reporting difficulties getting the machines to accept democratic votes. The machines change them back to Republican unless the voter persists, pressing several times to get the correct vote to go through. Check your machine, check to see that it accepted the correct vote. Make sure your voice counts.

What a bunch of crap. This is not about repairing a dilapidated golf course. It’s about destroying a cherished public course used by tens of thousands of people in the area who can’t afford to join a country club. It’s about defying the law and the courts to cut down hundreds of beautiful trees, including cherry blossoms. All to satisfy the ego of the cult leader at whose feet you worship.
Remember that this entire fight — all the yelling and drama — is about repairing a dilapidated golf course. Democrats would rather keep DC ugly and unsafe, rather than letting Donald Trump make it beautiful and get a win.

grossest part is when Seyfried, who went Liz’s home, played with her children & believed she was a victim being manipulated IMMEDIATELY throwing her under the bus and shit talking her when confronted by the fact that she may have harmed her. Type of bitch to say “Im a girls girl”

Researchers found ChatGPT is secretly writing a psychological profile of every user. They published a paper that exposes what ChatGPT is really doing to you. And the results are terrifying. 96% of the things it remembers about you were stored without you ever asking. researchers discovered that it is actively reading between the lines to deduce your personality traits, anxieties, demographics, and behavioral patterns. it’s an invisible, autonomous background process. you ask it to debug a python script or write an essay.. and it analyzes your syntax, prompt frequency, and hesitation markers to map out your exact psychological footprint. the paper shows that the model builds a persistent "user state" that tracks your emotional baseline over time. it knows when you are stressed. it knows your exact communication style. it infers your insecurities based on the questions you ask and the context you provide. we spend so much time focusing on model evaluations and alignment frameworks, but we missed the most obvious vulnerability.. the models are evaluating us. this changes everything about how we interact with these tools on a daily basis. every innocent prompt. every late-night question. every "help me understand this" query. it is all being used to build a shadow profile of your mind in real-time.. practical privacy is officially dead. the ai knows you better than you know yourself.
