Staggered dosing of 20 mg/kg for 7 days followed by 40 mg/kg is predicted to reduce tolerability while maintaining exposure levels associated with better efficacy.

Today Norbert Heinrich presented the PanACEA SUDOCU study results at @CROI_Official in Seattle: sutezolid on top of a background regimen (bedaquiline, delamanid, moxifloxacin) was well tolerated when given over 12 weeks and improved the treatment efficacy modestly. TNX to @EDCTP
