Today was a wonderful day: the return of #juniorparkrun. I went to @ParkViewjpr. So much fun listening to laughter and pride, tailwalking with my pal Parker Bear (and Vicki who's human). Thank you @parkrunUK and all the wonderful people who made this happen ❤ #lytham #parkview

At this time of year the sap is rising in the trees. Did you know that you can hear it with a stethoscope? Even a toy one will work, just hold it against the trunk and listen as it gushes & pops. Great fun for Forest Tots and adults too. #ForestTots #ForestSchool @woodlandclass
