Being busy all day doesn’t mean you made progress. The real question is: did you finish the work that actually mattered?

Love the vision 😂 Now make sure present-you is putting in the work to make future-you proud.

Reputation is what people see; character is who you are when nobody’s watching. The hard part is choosing integrity even when it costs you something.

I’ll take the motivation, but I’m still counting on discipline, smart decisions, and consistent action to get there. 😄

Ideas get attention, but execution builds something real. The boring, repetitive work is what separates people who dream from people who ship.

Absolutely. The real value of forecasting is spotting risks early enough to act, not explaining missed targets after the damage is done.

That’s where real product-market fit shows up. Anyone can get someone to try a product once, but what makes them choose it again over the alternatives?

Exactly. A forecast without a downside plan is just optimism in a spreadsheet. How often do you think businesses actually prepare for the worst-case scenario?

Sometimes you’re so focused on how far you still have to go that you forget how much you’ve already overcome. Perspective really changes everything.

Selling yourself and selling a solution are two very different skills. But learning to understand what people need is valuable in both.

If I gave your marketing team an extra $100,000, would they know exactly where to put it? Or would the answer be: “More campaigns.” “More content.” “More paid acquisition.” A bigger budget should amplify a proven insight. Not fund another round of guessing.

A revenue target without a downside scenario is a wish with a spreadsheet attached. What happens if win rates fall 15%? What if deals take 30 days longer to close? What if expansion revenue misses the plan? A serious forecast should survive uncomfortable assumptions.

Getting people to use it, no question. Building is becoming easier with AI, but earning attention, trust, and repeat users is still the real challenge.

Passion can keep you going, but it doesn’t guarantee anyone will pay. Find a real problem people need solved, then build something you care about around it.

So true. Likes tell you people noticed; refunds tell you where the product failed to deliver. That feedback is uncomfortable, but it’s where real improvement starts.

Growth looks impressive until you check how much it costs. Revenue matters, but what you keep is what makes a business sustainable.

Exactly. An opinion only adds value when it challenges how people think, not when it repeats what everyone already knows.

Absolutely. A customer’s value isn’t always what they spend today; referrals, trust, and long-term loyalty can be worth far more than the immediate profit.

This is such a useful way to think. You don’t need certainty about every possible outcome, just enough clarity to make a reasonable decision and take the next step.

This hits hard. We often wait until we feel ready, forgetting that confidence usually comes after taking the first step, not before.
