"Show me the incentives and I'll show you the outcome" Yeah, it's not a zero-sum game; everyone can win and nobody has to lose. All you just gotta do is make your product good So it now becomes "show me a good product with incentives & I'll show you the outcome; regular users"

Beautiful piece Leon. I think, this chasm – between our lack of identity and what we could be – is influencing how we act, even more than we're willing to agree on. At first it was, a new way to create wealth...opposed to the capitalism of the outside world. Now that same capitalism has come and is setting up tent in our lands. We're grinning with arms wide and accepting it as 'bullish'. But deep down, everyone is asking "where do we go from here?" What's next for us? – my vague answer to that would be, "make the old world better" I mean, Web3 always was a super upgrade to Web2 finance, and etc So, why don't we take on that garment? Tell a new story; bringing the old world here – but making it better. (and not in a generic, holistic way...but actually doing it)

A new player just joined the @TacBuild team That player is @Snap_DEX Walk with us. Let’s show you why this player is the perfect addition to the TAC team DeFi lives outside People live inside Telegram That’s been the problem i.e. discovery fails, onboarding stalls, liquidity stays thin. SNAP x TAC fixes that... Together, they’re building a world where swapping, staking, and earning rewards happens right inside your Telegram chat, as simple as sending a sticker. TAC is already building the world’s most Telegram native DeFi layer. Now, with SNAP, that ecosystem just got a liquidity engine. SNAP is not your regular DEX It’s a MetaDEX, a smart, composable liquidity layer built to route trades, optimize rewards, and make TAC swaps smoother than ever. • TAC supplies the plumbing → on-chain execution inside Telegram. • SNAP supplies the method → UX, rewards, and routing that make it feel effortless. This partnership bridges billions of users to DeFi, naturally, socially, and securely. Devs get better execution. Projects get real liquidity. Users get better prices. The TAC economy gets stronger. Buybacks is the next meta. You’ll find that in the past 1 week, several protocols such as: @StoryProtocol, @metaplex, @RaydiumProtocol and more others have carried out buybacks. Other protocols will be implementing this mechanism more than we expect. By October 1st, @0xfluid would begins its buyback program. Asides the deflationary advantage it gives to a protocol, there are certain patterns that may have implemented this and others want to follow despite differences in tokenomics. In my recently released article, I covered why: > Why Buybacks will be a meta > Why some protocols will implement buybacks but will still fail. > The patterns that are so much prevalent > Metrics to watch out for when buybacks are about to be implemented/carried out. Here’s the article: open.substack.com/pub/tim0x/…

Narratives are programmed to morph. It’s highly practical to find that for every time a narrative emerges in the market, it takes different forms. Late 2021, DEXs using AMMs for their transactions earned volume and individuals provided liquidity to capitalize on the opportunity but slowly this changed. AMMs morphed into CLMMs - which proved more capital efficient to individuals. This isn’t any different for prediction markets. Prediction markets as a narrative essentially has two popular methods of providing opportunities for predictors. Products in popular prediction markets always have 2 types of market: 1. Multi-Outcome Market 2. Binary Outcome Market. In a multi-outcome market, different options are given to be chosen/predicted as the best bet while in a binary outcome market, it’s either you choose a “yes/agree” or “no/disagree”. Imagine in a prediction market where you make bets based on: 1. The chances that an opinion will go viral. 2. The tendency that the market will tilt in favor of a particular option than the other. Introducing @opinionsdotfun @opinionsdotfun is a platform which introduces the trading of opinions which converts opinions into liquid markets through @KaitoAI and @MeteoraAG dynamic bonding curve (DBC), you can trade “yes” and “no” options of hot takes on the platform. How it works on a less technical level: On crypto twitter, there are several conversations that could be written as rage bait, honest critic, or shit post and depending on the content type and who makes the post, there is every chance that individuals on CT will have lots of opinions. Irrespective of the points which these individuals will comment/quote. their response is an indicator of if they agree or not. OpinionFun auto-creates a market for some posts and provides a agree or disagree button to the hot take or a rephrase of the hot take and you make your bets on any of the options which you stand with. Irrespective of the option, all of these will be traded on the frontend of opinion fun and when 1 reaches a market capitalization of $69k, it deploys into a dex pool on Meteora and can be traded a lot more publicly. How to make the most when trading opinions: In a market where you make choices, the chances that your choices affect the market is drastically low and despite the fact that you may believe that in for instance a particular hot take is posted, individuals should reasonably agree, you best action is to pick a disagree because you are currently involved in a market as the chances of the disagree token graduating into a pool is higher. Trading on @opinionsdotfun is no longer a game of being right to yourself but buying into a token option (choice of disagree or agree) for a particular bet that you most believe others will buy into. In as much as both tokens can independently reach graduation point, chances are that if for instance after an "agree" token of a market deploys into a pool that a "disagree" token will deploy will be lower. Observing opinion of individuals perceived as smart: Herd mentality has always prevailed and individuals would most likely copy trade influential individuals take as the chances of the option passing its bonding curve limit is achieved. Who can create a market? Opinions can be traded in two ways. 1. Through auto markets conversions 2. Through manual creation. Auto markets creations: This is the intercept between opinions leveraging Kaito. Kaito stands a platform with a standard for reputation through which individuals make posts about projects or just anything and get yaps for this. Due to this technology, when high frequency posts are made, every chance that @opinionsdotfun can convert such posts into a tradeable market is certain. The founder of Berachain gave his hot take about airdrops, and this is available on the platform because, Smokey has connected to Kaito and most likely because of the yaps earned, opinionsdotfun can easily get this auto converted as a tradeable markets. Through manual creation: Here you can manually input an opinion, add an image and launch an opinion. The frontend doesn't charge any fee for the creation of an opinion except for solana blokchain fees which doesn't go to the platform. Opinionsfun only changes 2% fees for buys and sells made on its platform. The Flywheel effect: The use case of kaito has greatly expanded from only earning yaps and building reputation down to making individuals earn from the opinions they make and through Kaito, when a market is auto-created, 10%of fees made on an opinion goes to the creator of the post which was auto_created. This subtly incentivises creators to make posts, tweet organically, earn from Kaito and also earn from the posts opinions. When this opportunity is discovered, more usage of Kaito will be done, more opinions will be traded, more authors will come on board. This is the network effect. Why does trading opinionsdotfun matter? At the moment, one of the highest asymmetric actions to take is to make use of an internet device with a mobile connection as this will present many more opportunities such as making you be your own CEO, get paid for creation of content either through clients or platform distribution but amidst this, two set of people are primarily considered: 1. Individuals with a huge audience base 2. Individuals intelligent enough with insights/opinions but no strong audience to get the spotlight. A platform like @opinionsdotfun instantly creates an expansion of opportunity for individuals who fit in the first category and also creates an opportunity for individuals who fit in the second category especially through the integration with Kaito. We as well are slowly entering into a system where attention is the new gold and if incentives and opportunities can revolve around attention inclined subjects such as opinions. It's also of essence to connect to Kaito, connect to @opinionsdotfun as well to maximize your opportunities in the attention economy. This was written in participation of the @SuperteamDE on @SuperteamEarn.

From @soon_svm to @TacBuild (How two similar infra create and capture value) I've spoken about these two projects in the last 2-3 weeks, and not everyone sees what makes them similar. In my 5th article, I explain in detail, how @TacBuild and @soon_svm share similar value accrual models And what TAC can implement from Soon's strategy. Read, and share your thoughts. pascalossai.medium.com/from-…
In 2023, most people bought into projects based on: • How shiny it looked • How sexy the TVL was No one asked: “How does this project actually make money/accrue value?” Every Web3 protocol is a business. No value system=no sustainability. In my 5th article, I compare both @TacBuild and @soon_svm models and value accrual methods. With tips on how @TacBuild can implement some of @soon_svm's strategies to gain a similar success. Drops tomorrow.
