Lou was a friendly and welcoming face at reception, always bringing warmth and kindness to those around her. She was a genuinely lovely person who made a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our much-loved receptionist, Louise Pride, affectionately known to us as Lou, who sadly passed away earlier this month following a short battle with cancer.

Please be aware that, temporarily, our Barry office will be closed between 1 pm and 2 pm, Monday to Friday. Our office will otherwise be open as usual, 9 am to 5 pm.

During the 1 - 2 pm closure, the office will be shut and we will not be available to take telephone calls. Our usual service will resume from 2 pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and continued support.
