Many married Christian women have chosen their careers over raising their children and are now wondering why they're dealing with depression and anxiety. They're carrying burdens God never intended them to have. Older women should teach younger women to be stay-at-home moms. For some reason, people think stay-at-home moms don't work, but in reality, their job is more difficult than their husband's, who goes out to work and pays the bills. My wife has been a stay-at-home mom for 20 years, and let me tell you, her job isn't easy; I couldn't do what she does. Titus 2:4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

They held an open house at Temple University while we were street preaching. Some staff tried to intimidate us and give us a hard time. One asked if we had a permit to talk about Jesus on campus; I said we didn’t need one. Another asked me not to approach students and to let them come to me instead. I refused. She claimed Jesus wouldn’t do it this way, but I told her He did. They didn’t stop me from preaching. There’s no such thing as Christian rap. Biblical Christianity doesn’t use ungodly tactics to get people saved. We’re commanded to preach the gospel to the lost to get them saved, not sing it. Jesus Christ didn’t tell His disciples to go into all the world and sing the gospel. He told them to go into all the world and preach the gospel. Music is meant to be used to glorify God, not to appease man. Nowhere in the word of God did Jesus Christ tell His disciples to act worldly to reach the world.

Church used to be where everyone joined the choir. Now it’s a praise team. People used to feel free to testify about the good things of God. Now that’s not in our plans. People used to be faithful to every service; now they only come Sunday morning. People packed the altar to pray and cry out to God; now it is empty. Preachers used to read, study, and pray for the message. Many today search the internet and learn how to deliver someone else’s. Church music was part of worship. Now it is so loud it has become the focal point. Churches used to pray for God to send a pastor. Now it is a beauty contest: we know him and he would fit in nicely, caring little whether he meets biblical qualifications. The Holy Ghost used to lead the services. Now emotions lead the church. Let us seek the old paths and walk in them again. Churches need to be Christ-centered and follow the leadership of the Holy Ghost.

When you go out soul-winning, you meet people with beliefs different from what the Bible teaches about what a person must do to be saved. Going from door to door telling people about Jesus Christ.
