This will NEVER get old. In 2016, 100-year-old Ida Keeling set a world record for the FASTEST 100-meter dash time — 1 minutes & 17 seconds — by a woman over 80 yrs old at the Penn Relays! Breaking records at age 100 should be the definition of inspiring! Rest In Power, Ida!

Bless others & watch what God does for u but you've got to do it just because it's the right thang to do. Weigh your motives please in all your doings to make certain your actions aint to heavy. You're where u are because someone blessed you, don't forget that. #CoachPrime

In order to see what God has done, you have to take steps forward. You can’t let fear dominate, live worried about your future, believe the mistake is too great. God has already taken care of what’s trying to stop you.
