🔎 How I filter NFT projects on @RobinhoodApp
There are already a lot of NFTs popping up on Robinhood Chain.
But honestly, I don’t think “free mint” + cool art = a good project.
When I research one, I usually look at these 👇
🧠 1. The idea
What is actually different here?
If the entire pitch is “10K PFP + community + roadmap,” I’m usually not interested.
I want to understand why this project needs to exist.
👥 2. The team
Who is building it?
I look for previous work, consistency, transparency and whether the team is actually shipping.
Anonymous ≠ automatically bad.
But anonymous + zero track record + unrealistic promises = 🚩
📊 3. Supply & distribution
I always check:
• Total supply
• Mint price
• WL allocation
• Team allocation
• Royalties
• Holder distribution
A 1,000-piece collection with healthy distribution can be very different from a 10,000-piece collection where a few wallets control everything.
💰 4. Utility
This is a big one.
“Utility coming soon” means almost nothing to me.
I want to see what the NFT actually does.
Access? Game assets? Rewards? Governance? Ecosystem benefits?
The clearer the utility, the easier it is to evaluate.
📈 5. On-chain activity
This is where the real research starts.
I check:
→ Holder count
→ Unique wallets
→ Volume
→ Floor activity
→ Buy/sell ratio
→ Wallet concentration
→ Secondary-market behaviour
Numbers can tell you a lot that marketing won't.
🧪 6. Community quality
I don't just count followers.
I look at the conversations.
Are people actually discussing the project?
Or is it 10,000 accounts replying:
“LFG 🔥🔥”
That difference matters.
⚠️ 7. Red flags
Some things immediately make me slow down:
🚩 Fake engagement
🚩 Unrealistic profit promises
🚩 Constant hype with no product
🚩 Anonymous team with no accountability
🚩 Sudden follower spikes
🚩 Heavy wallet concentration
🚩 Copy-pasted art/concepts
🚩 “Guaranteed” returns
No project is risk-free.
And free mint doesn't mean free risk.
🎯 My simple rule
I don't ask:
“Can this NFT pump?”
I ask:
“If the hype disappears tomorrow, is there still something worth holding?”
If the answer is yes → I research deeper.
If the answer is no → I move on.
Robinhood Chain is still relatively early.
That means there will probably be some gems 💎
…but also plenty of noise.
The goal isn't to find every project.
The goal is to avoid the bad ones and identify the interesting ones early. 🔍
DYOR. Don't buy just because someone on X is shouting “GEM.” 🫡

Entertainment has been running on old-school deals for decades. IPX wants to change the game.
Creators retain control. Funds are tied to milestones. Fans get a new way to participate in real IP through onchain tokens.
Fixed 1B supply. Built on Base.
This is where culture meets onchain ownership.
Most campaigns reward attention. FAN SZN is experimenting with rewarding participation.
What I find interesting about @IPXExchange isn’t just the $100K reward pool. It’s how they’re turning fandom into an actual engagement layer.
Quizzes, daily streaks, Aura, referrals, and AI-scored content all feed into the same system.
The real test isn’t how many people join during the incentives.
It’s how many stick around when the rewards stop.
That’s the metric worth watching.
