What an incredible few days at Procore Groundbreak 2026! After attending Groundbreak since 2018, this year was especially exciting as my first on the Procore team. The conversations around Procore AI have been fantastic! After more than 20 years helping construction teams adopt technology, I can honestly say I’ve never been more excited about where our industry is headed. I couldn’t be more excited about what Procore AI Go and Procore Lens are going to bring to our field teams. I’ve spent over 20 years helping field teams use technology to work more efficiently, and I can honestly say this is the most excited I’ve been about where we’re headed. Making project information easier to access in the field and opening up new possibilities for connecting technology directly to the work happening on our jobsites is a huge step forward. Looking forward to heading to Orlando next week for Groundbreak 2026! I’ve attended Groundbreak since 2018, and it remains my favorite event of the year. One of the highlights has been discovering new technologies and solutions that I could bring back to the teams and projects I worked with. This year is a little different, and even more exciting! For the first time, I’ll be attending from the other side of the fence, as part of the @procoretech team. I’m excited to share what we’ve been building since I joined earlier this year, especially around Procore AI and helping construction teams work more efficiently. Coming from the construction industry, being part of this effort reminds me a lot of building a building. It takes talented people from different disciplines collaborating, solving challenges, and working toward a common goal. The difference is that what we’re building has the potential to impact construction teams and projects everywhere. I’ll also have the opportunity to speak at several sessions this year, and I’d love to see some familiar faces. Great first day at the LCI Congress in Atlanta. Learning Day offered some great sessions covering lean construction, continuous improvement, project delivery, and even the application of AI in construction. Enjoyed attending the @builtworlds Buildings Conference focused on Data Centers & AI Infrastructure. There were some great conversations around the challenges facing data center construction today, including power, prefabrication, digital delivery, coordination, and the growing role of AI across design and construction. For me, the best part was connecting with contractors, owners, technology leaders, and others working in the mission-critical space and hearing how they are thinking about the next wave of data center growth. Great way to wrap up the final day of @Advan_Construct Quality 2026. Brian Langhorst took the main stage to talk change management to a packed house of 500+, and we had some fantastic conversations with attendees afterward. There were some great sessions and panels on AI from quality leaders across the industry. It was interesting to hear how teams are putting AI to use today and where they see it going next. I also had the chance to reconnect with Sean Neary from Holder. Sean and I worked together onsite at the Hartsfield International Terminal 18 years ago, so it was fun catching up and seeing him leading Holder’s quality program today. One of the highlights of the last few days was having people stop by our booth just to tell us how much they love the Procore platform. That means a lot coming from the people working with field teams every day. Day one of the main conference at @Advan_Construct Quality 2026 was a great one. Really enjoyed speaking with so many quality leaders about the challenges they’re facing and where we’re going with Procore AI. A big theme throughout the day was how we can use better data, AI, and field workflows to identify risk earlier, reduce rework, and make quality part of everyday project execution. We also got to demo our agents alongside Procore Field and Procore Lens and show what this can look like in practice for quality professionals. Great conversations today. Great first day at @Advan_Construct Quality. I’m a big fan of workshop style sessions at conferences. Bringing people together to work through real challenges creates better collaboration and a chance to learn from how others approach the same problems. Quality touches everything on a project. Better quality means less rework, fewer surprises, stronger coordination, and ultimately better outcomes for everyone involved.
