Everyone has a story. Dominick Barlow’s is unconventional, almost unbelievable and still being written. Feature on one of the Sixers’ unsung heroes this season and his path to the NBA.

Rough night for Jaylen Brown, his first as Sixer. He went 5-of-20 from the field for 16 points. Sixers need to get a little healthy here after playing three games in four nights.
Tyrese Maxey and John Collins both down in a lot of pain. They bumped heads. Both guys leaving the court under their own power, but they were down for a bit.
Brutal missed call there and they hit KCP with a technical for complaining. Very obvious foul on Robinson on that Maxey drive.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is hurt. Looked like he was grabbing his hand. He's going straight to the locker room. A damn shame. He's been excellent for the Sixers.
The Sixers cut the deficit down to five at one point, but got a little sloppy to close the quarter. Adem Bona with a monster dunk over Collins. They're assessed double technicals after. Sixers down 78-69 heading to the fourth. For all the struggles, this game is winnable.
This is the first game as a Sixer where Jaylen Brown has gotten tunnel vision. It's understandable given the team's offensive struggles. He's trying to make something happen.
Cade Cunningham has switch-hunted Tyrese Maxey on a couple possessions here, but Maxey has been up to the challenge. Can't say enough about his defense to start the season.
It appears as though LeBron James has decided to take this game over. Sixers have cut the lead to 58-53. LeBron now with 13 points and four assists.
Excellent close to the second quarter after a mostly dreadful first half. LeBron James took over and the Sixers are somehow down just 56-44.
Paul Reed just picked up his third foul. Tyrese Maxey gets his first points of the game at the line midway through the second.
Even as the Sixers have played better, they can't get anything to go. They've gotten decent looks at the rim here and can't cash in.
Anfernee Simons gets a layup at the buzzer, but it was all Pistons in the first. Sixers down 34-22 (and it felt worse than that). The good news for the Sixers is it's hard to imagine all of Maxey, Brown and LeBron keep struggling.
Adem Bona and Labaron Philon providing a legitimate spark here. Sixers chipping away after a disastrous start.
