Jesus didn’t say, “Repeat after me, and I’ll see you when you die.”
He said, “Follow me.”
The gospel is the announcement that Jesus Christ is Lord. The promised King came, died for our sins, was buried, rose from the dead, and reigns today.
That news calls for a response.
Repent. Turn from your sin. You’ve been running your own life. It’s not working out so well, is it?
Believe. Put your trust in Jesus, in who he is and what he accomplished through his death and resurrection.
Be baptized. Publicly identify with him. Become part of his people and learn to walk in his ways.
Can that begin with a prayer? Absolutely. Call on him. Ask for mercy. But understand who you’re calling on. He’s the risen Lord, and his invitation is to follow him with your whole life.
You don’t earn his grace by getting your act together. You come because you need his grace, and that grace begins changing you.
Your money. Your mouth. Your relationships. How you treat people when you’re tired, angry, or convinced you’re right. He can help with all of that.
And when you stumble, you return to the Savior whose mercy brought you here in the first place.
The King who calls you to surrender is the King who gave himself to save you.
He’s worthy of your trust. Follow him.

volunteered to go in after a hostage, knowing the risk, they are heroes!
🛐They leave behind their wives and what will be five children, . Mason left behind a wife and two children and Parker left behind a wife and two children and his third baby is on the way . Parker's loyal K9 partner was also left behind.

Prayer request for two officers in our Spokane community.
One has died and one is on life support and not expected to survive ..they are an organ donor .
Our hearts are heavy here in Spokane. On Tuesday, November 3, two Spokane County Sheriff’s deputies were shot in the line of duty while responding to a domestic violence call near Spangle. One has died; the other is an organ donor and remains on life support. Their identities have not been released. Both leave behind wives and young children.
Please join in lifting them up and surrounding their families and loved ones with prayers, love, and support during this deeply painful time.
Out of respect for their young families, please refrain from commenting on organ donation.

The FBI in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security is currently seizing vote counting machines in Texas and Arizona with Nevada to follow. These states along with California share a border with Mexico a primary entry point for large numbers of illegal immigrants who crossed during previous Democratic administrations. The policy involved keeping the borders open to facilitate the influx of an undocumented population thereby securing votes without the requirement of presenting identification. The machines now under federal control contain the records of those registrations.
This situation presents an opportunity for the policies of Donald Trump. It is a case of flushing the snakes out of their dens and casting a net to catch the fish. The voter registration process requires names and addresses so ICE can locate the individuals who registered without citizenship verification. Officials who previously claimed the border crossings produced no voting impact must now address the machine data. The seizures place the full registration lists into the hands of federal investigators.
Previously when the individuals were hiding in private residences they were much harder to track down. The registration records remove that barrier and allow targeted enforcement. Americans who support secure borders and accurate elections now have the machine seizures as the next step in the review. The full contents of the seized equipment must remain under federal examination while the connection between the open border and the voter rolls is documented. The operation continues in the border states that recorded the largest registration increases.

Two Muslim cops in New York stopped a nurse for no apparent reason other than that she was walking her dog.
They cornered her and threatened to seize her dog. When confronted, they got angry and couldn’t say what law she had broken.
This is what happens when you give these people power. All I can say is that she was lucky there were passersby, because it was 3 AM and things could’ve ended much worse.
