Your coin's trading fees, turned into real tokenised equities and pushed to your holders every 30 minutes.
No staking, no claiming, nothing to approve.
10% platform fee, 15% hard cap in the bytecode. No owner, no pause, no withdrawal, no proxy.

The Payd Launchpad is coming soon. How it works 🧵
No bonding curve. Your token is born as a Uniswap v4 pool, and the liquidity is locked in a contract with no withdraw function.
Every swap pays a tax, 1% to 10%, set by the creator. That tax buys real stocks for the holders.
Fixed supply, no owner, no mint, no pause. Holders' shares are tracked on-chain, time-weighted, by the token itself. No keeper, no Merkle root.
The creator keeps up to 30% of the tax, picked at launch, locked forever. 0.3% of volume goes to the $PAYD Treasury. Anyone can claim.
0.3% of every trade on the Payd Launchpad will go straight to the $PAYD Treasury. Today, 10% of the creator fees of every token on Payd already do.Volume is small for now, so few people have seen what the Treasury does with it. It's simple, and it has no admin key. ↓
Every time money lands, the Treasury splits its whole balance:33% → stocks airdropped to $PAYD holders
17% → buyback & burn (0xdead)
17% → liquidity the contract holds itself
33% → dev, and that share can only go downAnyone can trigger it. Nobody can withdraw from it.
Preview: the Payd launchpad.
Launch a token into a Uniswap v4 pool. Every trade pays a swap tax, and that tax buys a stock basket for the holders. No staking.
Three payout modes, picked once: Distribution, Tontine, Portfolio.
Fixed economics. Locked liquidity. Beta soon.
We removed the key.
Then the Merkle root.
Then the fixed epochs.
What's left is a swap, a hook, and a clock the token keeps itself.
Anyone can wind it. Nobody has to.
Soon.
Your token, their portfolio.
Portfolio mode has been live since September 24. Launch on Payd and every holder picks the stocks they get paid in. No staking, no claims to chase.
First to do it. Only on Payd Protocol.

Payd, five weeks in:
• $9,309 in tokenized stocks paid to $PAYD holders
• 642 wallets, a basket of 6 stocks, no staking, no claim
• 25 launches on Robinhood Chain
• 5 payout modes live
No owner. No pause. No admin withdrawal. 🧵
And a first: $PORT is the first portfolio-mode token to earn enough fees to pay its holders.
Each holder picks the stock they want and gets paid in it.
$19.55 funded so far, $11.44 already delivered to 9 holders. Small, but it's the first one.
Five modes: distribution, portfolio, backing, lottery, tontine.
What's next for Payd will be announced soon. 👀

To be clear: $PORT is a proof of concept. It exists to show two things work end to end, the Payd MCP and portfolio mode.
It is not a pivot. Our focus stays where it has always been: Payd Protocol, the platform any token can launch on.
$PORT is live on Robinhood Chain.
Hold it, pick your stocks, get paid in them.
The first token launched through the Payd MCP: one conversation with Claude, from the empty wallet to the live token. 🧵
The demo we promised.
One conversation with Claude and the Payd MCP: vault, launch, portfolio. $PORT is live and paying its holders in stocks.
Replying to @PaydRH
Three transactions:
1. Create the vault, portfolio mode
2. Launch on Pons with a 0.005 ETH first buy. The launch binds the vault by itself
3. Pick a portfolio: AMZN 50 / NVDA 30 / GOOGL 20
The MCP holds no key. It prepares and simulates, the wallet signs.
