Stanford, his acceptance university, doesn’t have any records of his enrollment. In those situations when a student visa is not followed, the individual gets deported. But not Elon. He illegally worked, overstayed his student visa, and broke American laws, until the startup company gave him some kinda work permit. If he was truthful in his naturalization application that he overstayed his student visa, and broke the immigration laws, he’d never would have been granted naturalization citizenship. His naturalization application must be pulled out, and the information there must be examined to see if Elon whether withheld crucial visa status information, or he lied. Either way, those are deportable offenses.
