@AerLingus 9.40 flight from Southampton to Dublin about 1/3 of passengers don’t have their checked baggage on arrival at Dublin - very poor customer service. Surely if you’ve left all this luggage behind the least you could do is fess up and come up with a plan! @SwissportBags
So number of passengers had AirTags in their bags so know they are still in Southampton. Apparently last minute mass ditching of luggage is how airlines such as @aerlingus keep to their schedules So even if this is the case you should have the decency to be upfront with customers
