We've just concluded a session of our Secure Tomorrow program, conducted for students of the Maldives National University! Through interactive discussions and practical activities, we explored the fundamentals of financial literacy and the importance of preparing early for retirement, helping students understand how the financial choices they make today can shape their future. The session forms part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen financial literacy among young people, encouraging them to make informed financial decisions, build healthy financial habits and start preparing early for retirement. Highlights from our compliance and employer engagement activities in HDh. Hanimaadhoo. Pension Office conducted door-to-door inspection visits to local businesses to assess compliance, engage with employers and guide them on their obligations under the Maldives Pension Act. As part of these efforts, we also met with non-compliant employers to address outstanding compliance matters and conducted an information session on the Koshaaru Portal to help employers better understand and fulfil their pension-related responsibilities.
