People sometimes forget that taking a production the size of BTS to Africa involves much more than booking venues and flights. Different vaccines have different schedules, some require several doses or weeks to become effective, and not everyone can receive every vaccine. Add international health certificates, malaria prevention and the coordination of hundreds of people, each with different medical histories. Now consider that these are often just four day trips, not necessarily departing from Korea, with potentially weeks between destinations. It's a massive logistical challenge, not simply a matter of booking a concert and flying everyone in.
You think hybe is holding BTS by the balls in their basement and telling them "when they ask why won't you come to Africa, tell them it is because of vaccines"

How many African large capacity venues are actually in the portfolio of livenation or it's associates around the world? Hmm? How many tour promoters are willing to undertake the financial requirements to bring BTS to any African country?
