Matt Walsh outdid himself with this one!
Here’s the thing about spotting the horrendous, soulless AI-generated writing infecting every corner of the internet now: it’s not just about the words — it’s about the patterns.
And once you start noticing them, you can’t unsee them.
The unnecessary em dashes. The polished transitions. The examples given in groups of three.
The weird metaphors that kind of make sense but kind of don’t — like a parachute opening inside a submarine.
The load-bearing use of the term “load-bearing.”
The random one sentence paragraphs.
The way a bunch of bland gibberish is quietly reframed as a profound insight.
The on-going and un-necessary hyphenation of every-day words that really don’t need it.
The cliches.
Read that again.
Cliches.
Louder for people in the back.
Tons of cliches.
That’s not a typo.
Sit with that for a moment.
And the biggest red flag? Asking yourself a question and answering it.
Because honestly? No sentient human writes like this.
And truthfully? If you can’t identify these red flags, you might not actually be sentient yourself.
Because really? If this formatting doesn’t immediately strike you as awkward and artificial, it means you don’t read books.
Ever.
Seriously.
But here’s where it gets interesting:
It doesn’t.
The point has been made but I’ll keep going. That’s what AI writing is all about.
Let’s delve into real problem. It isn’t the technology. It’s the people using it because they’re too retarded to generate an original thought of their own.
That’s not thoughtfulness. It’s intellectual laziness wearing digital makeup.
It doesn’t make the internet more fun. It makes me want to throw my phone in the river and forsake all of humanity and live as a hermit in the woods for the rest of my life.
Seriously this shit fills me with despair. I’m not kidding.
And the distinction matters.
Especially when you’re saying the distinction matters without actually drawing a distinction.
But here’s what nobody tells you.
When you ask a machine to manufacture your personality, you’re not just automating your writing. You’re quietly announcing that you’re a boring, insipid dork with nothing interesting to say.
Let that sink in.
The uncomfortable truth?
AI didn’t turn these people into tedious midwits.
It quietly revealed what they already were.
And perhaps — just perhaps — that’s quietly the most important takeaway of all.
But what do you think? Let's unpack this together in the comments. 👇
That's worth a share!
If you’re a JESUS person & you don’t like Halloween that’s super cool that you don’t celebrate or dress up.
I hope you have a great night doing what’s best for you & your family.
But consider this:
You don’t need to ANNOUNCE to others they are SATANIC & EVIL if they celebrate.
You don’t need to CONDEMN other Jesus people for trick or treating.
Dressing your kids in cute outfits & going to see their friends in the neighborhood is OK.
It's not a satanic cult.
It’s a couple hours of FUN & COMMUNITY BUILDING.
It's super positive & honestly communities need more of it!
My kids are a race car driver, policeman, & circus performer.
We go to a nursing home to visit elderly people first & then trick-or-treat with our neighbors who will be firemen, stitch, & other fun characters.
The children will laugh together.
They will race from home to home saying please & thank you & meeting other neighbors.
You don't need to condemn that in some attempt to feel morally superior.
Nothing drives people away from the church & Jesus like JUDGMENTAL Christians.
Do what works best for you, seek God in all of it & RUN YOUR OWN RACE. 🙏❤️
To those that have young kids & are going out tonight, happy Halloween!!
To those that choose not to acknowledge Halloween, I wish you the best day ever too.
THE BEST MARKETING FOR CHRISTIANITY IS HOW CHRISTIANS ACT & TREAT OTHERS.
If the Holy Spirit has convicted you that Halloween isn't a thing, awesome then don't do it.
But nowhere in God's Word does he say never dress your kids up in cute outfits with neighbors & get candy.
Don't be a PHARISEE. 🙏❤️🎃
Is it a little unnecessary? Yes.
Is it also lighthearted and a little funny? Yes.
Did Jaylen Brown bring all this on himself? Absolutely!
The Celtics broadcast team of @Drewdle25 & @Scalabrine taking shots at Jaylen Brown on consecutive nights, during games Boston isn't even playing Philadelphia, seems unnecessary. Got in digs about PR & lamb chops last night, fine. Tonight it's PR again & escalating to who led the league in turnovers last year. Seems classless tbh. Let's keep the focus on the players & the game please. Save this other stuff for podcasts or postgame shows if you must.
A healthy Paul George can easily be a part of a championship team as the second best player. The key word there is HEALTHY. And all superstars have games like Tatum did yesterday. Kobe did it often but his were even worse because he didn't have the assists.
Maye is going to be just fine. The hysterics around his start make me embarrassed to be a Pats fan.
FYI - After 2 weeks, #Patriots QB Drake Maye is getting dissected by nearly everyone for playing poorly. Yet out of 32 starting #NFL Quarterbacks his QBR (63.3) ranks 15th, slightly above average. He's ahead of Goff (62.9), Stafford (59.8), Love (50.3), Mayfield (45.4), Nix (40.7), Rodgers (31.2) & Herbert (28.7). Out of players who received NFL MVP votes last season, he's #1.

The single, most powerful causal influence on the religious lives of American teenagers and young adults is the religious lives of their parents. (Sociologist Christian Smith)
Two things can be true at once. 1. Yes, Enes Kanter is a troll. 2. All the WNBA needs to do to make this all go away is the common sense step of defining a woman biologically. Yet they won't so they deserve all the trolls coming their way.
Yes and no. They both needed to cut costs and get rid of Brown, making them a better team for this upcoming year than they were last year, and giving them flexibility to become a legit championship team again without Brown's high usage/inefficient play.
The left - "Why are you so obsessed with Covid and something that happened 6 years ago?"
Translation - The evidence is in and we were wrong on almost everything so I'm choosing not to talk about it.
Brown 27%
Lebron 20%
Embid 19%
Maxey 18%
Edgecomb 16%
Man are they ever going to be pissed at Brown for all his isolation dribbling and bogging down that offense!
How can one of the greatest players ever be that ignorant about basketball in different eras? Yes they are more spread out in the half court offense but some of that is just players standing in the corner. Full court play today doesn't come close to fast-break ball in the 80s.
LeBron James says playing all 82 games today is much harder than it was in the ’80s and ‘90s because the NBA is faster and puts more strain on players’ bodies
“I want fans to understand that playing 82 games in the '80s and '90s is not the same as playing 82 games in the 2020s. It’s a totally different game now the pace, the speed, it’s just completely changed.”
“When I first came into the league, the biggest injury concern was a high ankle sprain. You were genuinely afraid to take off into the lane because there were four or five guys sitting in the paint. If you landed on somebody’s foot, you were out four to six weeks.”
“Now, the game is so spread open that you don't see that as much. But because of the pace, the new high ankle sprain is calf and soft tissue injuries. Hopefully, we can get a handle on that medically, but as NBA players, we definitely want to be out there as much as possible.”

Jesus wasn't just a nice guy who did good in the world. You don't crucify nice guys. You crucify threats.

So after all the pre-tournament criticism, angst, and fearmongering (much done with anticipatory glee), the 2026 World Cup was a historic success. Incredible games, record crowds/viewers, and a cultural phenomenon. People were safe, entertained, and joyous. Visitors discovered, and Americans were reminded, just how wonderful our country is, all through the lens of soccer. I’m so happy for, and proud of, my country. Best World Cup ever. Thank you, America. 🇺🇸
