Same thing happened to me. Ever since I stopped using this particular product I’ve not had boil. The amount of fake products in this country is insane.

I've stopped using nevea roll-on. That product gave me multiple boils on my armpit. At first, I didn't know it was the cause when my wife told me. I had to use it again to confirm and the boils came out on both armpits. I've not had boils ever since I stopped using it.
