What a stark contrast between two developed western countries.
In one, continuing waste, corruption, open borders, rampant crime. Showering tax payers money around on global & local vanity projects.
Persecution of the innocent & forgiveness for the guilty.
A radical Marxist leading a motley crew of barely able people intent on the destruction of the country in their care.
I am in total despair for the U.K.
————————-
In the other, a cleansing, a discovery & rectification of waste, borders shut, criminals deported & the sanctity of the family restored.
A family man leading, intent on restoring the greatness, safety & security of his country, using an unbelievably talented team of like minded people.
I am in awe of the USA.

Mutton is the best red meat in Britain and it costs less than the lamb it raised.
- Five years on a Welsh hill, not five months at a teat.
- Grass, heather and rain. Never grain, never a shed.
- The most saturated fat in the shop. Deep yellow, mostly stearic.
- More iron, B12, zinc and creatine than the lamb she reared.
- Omega-3 to omega-6 near one to one. Chicken sits at one to twenty.
- The one meat that improves with age. The French pay extra for it.
- Tastes of the mountain. Lamb tastes of the milk.
- Fed Britain for five centuries. Dropped when nylon killed the wool cheque.
Oldest animal in the shop, best life, most fat, most nutrition, best flavour, and nobody is bidding against you.

Europe has developed a pretty interesting definition of “protecting democracy.”
🇷🇴 Romania annulled a presidential election after Călin Georgescu finished first, then barred him from the rerun.
🇭🇺 Hungary’s new government rewrote the constitution with retroactive limits that block Viktor Orbán from becoming PM again and later approved rules barring long-serving MPs from the next parliamentary election.
🇩🇪 Germany’s domestic intelligence service classified the AfD as extremist, opening the door to much heavier surveillance of the country’s biggest opposition party.
🇫🇷 France upheld Marine Le Pen’s conviction, kept restrictions on her political future and ordered her to wear an electronic ankle tag.
🇪🇸 In Spain, more than a dozen people tied to Pedro Sánchez’s political and personal circle have been investigated or prosecuted in separate corruption cases, while Sánchez himself has not been charged.
🇬🇧 Britain postponed local elections during a sweeping reorganization of local government, triggering a petition accusing the government of voter suppression.
🇵🇱 And now Poland has police surrounding its Constitutional Tribunal while the government and opposition accuse each other of trying to seize control of the court.
The real red line in Europe may not be democracy... It may be leaving the club.

🇵🇱 Polish patriots are taking to the streets of Warsaw to defend their country against the EU and Donald Tusk!
Tusk has seized control of Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal in what is a blatant COUP D’ÉTAT!
President Karol Nawrocki has just landed in Warsaw and is rushing to confront this outrageous power grab.
BREAKING: Polish PM Donald Tusk, the EU’s authoritarian puppet, has just SEIZED control of Poland’s courts in what amounts to an attempted COUP!
He waited until conservative President Karol Nawrocki boarded a plane to Singapore and left the country to make his outrageous move.
Nawrocki has received the news and is now RUSHING BACK!
What an absolute DISGRACE! This is a blatant attack on democracy and the rule of law.
🚨🚨 MARCO RUBIO JUST DROPPED A BOMB 🚨🚨
He stood in front of the entire world and said what almost NO ONE has the guts to say:
“We in America have NO INTEREST in being polite and orderly caretakers of the West’s managed decline!”
Read that again.
America is DONE accepting slow suicide.
DONE smiling while the West is dismantled.
DONE being the polite undertaker of our own civilization.
Marco didn’t whisper it.
He declared war on managed decline.
This is the line in the sand.
This is the moment.
DEFEND THE WEST. AT ALL COSTS.
The soft days are over.
The caretakers have been fired.

FBI Director Kash Patel just walked up to the podium at the press conference on America’s fraud crackdown in Minnesota and dropped a legendary line.
Patel looked directly into the cameras to make sure his message couldn’t be twisted by the media.
PATEL: “This FBI follows the money. This FBI will put in prison anyone who commits fraud anywhere in the world against any American citizen.”
“Thanks to President Trump, we finally have a commander-in-chief who prioritized the initiative to go after the fraudsters with the full force of government.”
Then Patel made a bombshell announcement.
FBI Minneapolis executed 17 search warrants, leading to a 26-count indictment against alleged fraudsters.
“FBI Minneapolis and our interagency partners arrested FOUR of the alleged fraudsters.”
“The subjects intended to defraud thousands of victims of over $41 million, money supposed to go to those in need with our precious taxpayer dollars funding that bill.”
Patel wanted all of the fraudsters to know that no matter where you are...the FBI is coming for you.

You can cancel an election and ban the winner from running (Romania), you can ban your opponents from ever running again (Hungary), you can threaten to ban the main opposition party and subject it to relentless investigations by the secret police (Germany), you can threaten a ban on the leading presidential candidate and make them wear an ankle monitor (France), every member of your circle can be investigated for corruption (Spain), you can try and cancel local elections because you will lose them (Britain), and you can storm the constitutional court with riot police because you want to control it (Poland).
You can just do all these things. The secret is you just have to be on the right side of the European Commission.

In 1928 a Chicago paediatrician let babies choose their own dinner from 34 foods, and for six years not one of them chose the way the pamphlet says.
Clara Davis took fifteen infants just weaned, and put a tray in front of them at every meal.
Beef, lamb, chicken, liver, kidney, brains, bone marrow, fish, eggs, milk, bananas, oats, carrots, peas, cabbage, salt. Nothing processed. No sugar.
Nobody steered. The nurse held the spoon, the baby pointed.
One boy ate seven eggs a day for a stretch. Another lived on bananas for a fortnight and then would not look at one.
They chewed bone marrow. They drank the beef juice. They pushed the greens round the tray.
One baby arrived with rickets. She put cod liver oil on the tray and left it there. He drank it, unprompted, until the rickets healed, and then never touched it again.
Six years. Not one case of stomach trouble. Not one deficiency. Visitors said they had never seen healthier children.
The doctors who examined them wrote it up as the wisdom of the body.
Nobody had taught these children that the yolk was bad or the marrow was rich or the cabbage was the healthy part.
Left alone with the food, a one-year-old built itself a diet heavy in the animal and ate the plants as a side when the mood took it.
The experiment is almost a century old. The pamphlet is still telling his mother to start with the carrot.

‼️ A COUP IS HAPPENING IN POLAND 🇵🇱
Poland's Constitutional Tribunal is being subjected to an extraordinary takeover operation by pro-EU Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
Its official website has been taken over, an announcement has appeared removing its president and vice-president from their duties, and police have been deployed around the institution.
The Tribunal's existing leadership has declared the operation illegal and accused those responsible of committing a coup d'état.
The Constitutional Tribunal is the institution responsible for reviewing whether laws comply with the Constitution. It is broadly comparable to the constitutional-review function of the United States Supreme Court.
Today, its website announced that President Bogdan Święczkowski and Vice-President Bartłomiej Sochański had been suspended for one month.
The person now claiming authority over Poland's Constitutional Tribunal is Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, elected to the Tribunal by Donald Tusk's parliamentary majority in March 2026.
But there is a fundamental legal problem: she has never taken her judicial oath before the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki.
Under Article 4 of the Act on the Status of Constitutional Tribunal Judges, newly elected judges must take their oath before the President of the Republic.
Nawrocki refused to receive her oath. Instead, on April 9, Korwin-Piotrowska participated in an alternative swearing-in ceremony organised inside the Polish Parliament, without the President's presence or participation.
The Presidential Chancellery explicitly declared that this procedure had no legal basis and could not confer judicial authority. The existing leadership of the Constitutional Tribunal maintains that she is therefore not legally a judge of the institution.
And now, a woman whose authority to serve as a constitutional judge is rejected by the President and the Tribunal's existing leadership is being presented as the person entitled to take control of the entire court.
Poland's Constitution does not give the prime minister or his government the power to dismiss the Constitutional Tribunal's leadership.
Article 194 establishes the Tribunal's composition and the procedure for appointing its president. Article 195 guarantees the independence of its judges.
The announcement of a suspension relies on Article 130 of the law governing ORDINARY COURTS. Invoking this article to suspend the leadership of the Constitutional Tribunal is a legally indefensible distortion of the law, revealing a staggering disregard for elementary constitutional principles.
HOW DID POLAND GET HERE?
Donald Tusk returned to power in December 2023, promising to reverse the judicial reforms introduced under the conservative Law and Justice government.
Those reforms had been fiercely opposed by the European Commission, which initiated rule-of-law proceedings against Poland and linked access to European funding to judicial conditions.
Tusk's government subsequently presented Brussels with a programme for restructuring the judiciary, including the Constitutional Tribunal. The European Commission welcomed that programme and ended its Article 7 proceedings against Poland in 2024.
The methods used by the EU and its supporters undermine the very constitutional principles they claim to restore.
President Karol Nawrocki has reportedly interrupted his journey to Senegal to return to Poland.

Doctor: "Reflux. I'll put you on omeprazole and we'll review in a year."
Patient: "What's the problem, too much acid?"
Doctor: "Acid where it shouldn't be. The tablet switches most of it off."
Patient: "Does stomach acid go up or down with age?"
Doctor: "Down."
Patient: "And reflux?"
Doctor: "Up."
Patient: "So the people with the least acid get the most reflux, and the cure is less acid."
Doctor: "What's left still burns when it comes up."
Patient: "What pushes it up?"
Doctor: "Pressure. The valve gives way."
Patient: "And what makes pressure in a stomach with no acid?"
Doctor: "Food sitting."
Patient: "Fermenting. Like a bin in August. You've switched off the thing that would've cleared it."
Doctor: "It's well tolerated."
Patient: "Long term?"
Doctor: "Low B12, low magnesium, some fracture risk."
Patient: "And when I stop after the year?"
Doctor: "The acid can rebound. Most people restart."
Patient: "So the tablet makes you need the tablet."
Doctor: "It can be hard to come off."
Patient: "This started when I went on the porridge and the brown bread. Does your plan take the bread out?"
Doctor: "We don't advise removing food groups."
Patient: "You've just removed an organ. Keep the pen. I'll bin the loaf."

My doctor told me my LDL of 110 is not normal. The average LDL in the United States is 111.
He wanted it under 70. He recommended a statin. I asked him one question. Why does my body make 80% of its own cholesterol if it is trying to kill me?
He did not have an answer. But the data does.
A study of 12.8 million adults found the lowest death rate at a total cholesterol of 210 to 249. The guidelines say get below 200. The Framingham Heart Study found that people whose cholesterol dropped over 14 years had an 11% higher death rate. In the Sardinia Blue Zone, people over 90 with higher LDL lived longer than those with lower LDL.
The guidelines are pushing people into the danger zone on the left side of this chart.

A restaurant makes more on the pasta than the steak, and the entire food system worked that out before you did.
The ribeye is £42 on the menu. It cost the kitchen about £14 to put on the plate.
The pasta is £18. It cost about £2.50, most of which was the parmesan.
The salad is £14. It cost about £2, and the lettuce was the expensive bit.
The risotto is £19. It is rice, stock and a knob of butter, and the stock was free.
The steak returns twice what it cost. The pasta returns six times. The salad returns six times.
So the chef's special is the pasta, the salad gets a paragraph on the menu, and the steak sits at the bottom with no adjectives.
Now scale the restaurant up to a country.
A box of cereal is 20p of grain and £3.50 on the shelf.
A plant-based burger is pea flour, rapeseed oil and a red dye, and it sells for more than the beef one it is pretending to be.
An oat drink is oats and water and sells at twice the price of the milk it replaced.
Every tier of the trade makes its margin on the plant, because a plant is nearly free and an animal takes two years of grass.
Bill Gates owns more farmland than any other man in America, holds stakes in the fake meat firms, and told the rich world to switch to synthetic beef.
The pattern in the restaurant and the pattern in the policy are the same pattern. Talk down the expensive ingredient. Sell the cheap one at the expensive price. Keep the difference.
The advice you were given about meat was written by people who make eight times more when you order the pasta.
Nobody is giving you a diet. They are giving you the menu with the margins folded over.
