Farndale used to have a reliable Internet connection. But since a buyout from London based @voneusbroadband, service was reduced,maintenance is low and residents are getting very frustrated. Lives are at risk as the Voneus connection is most residents only way of communicating..
...The emergency services or loved ones. Customer support is nil with operators having no knowledge of the area.
Residents are now looking for support from @kevinhollinrake
And @Ofcom.
