Excited to be part of the @CEMB_STC paper with @HeoLab @Melike_Lak @MauckLab and @BurdickLab. We find that changes in 3D chromatin organization in response to mechanics are explained by integrating the physics of chromatin interactions with the biology of epigenetic regulation.
