(But like you say, OCA is a pretty large spectrum where not everyone has 'base blue eyes' so to speak. Gray, hazel, etc.
They appear blue, but there's a "red glow" on top of it which is all the blood vessels and nerves. I think of it as a glow, because it makes the conceptualizing (overlay / add layers) easier to comprehend. This is how I did it for a video edit.
