I am very confident in winging my way through life 🌪️, while Jana needs a backup plan for her backup plan 😂 but over the last few years, largely in part to coaching with @therealelisawilcox, we’ve done a great job of meeting in the middle!
Our middle these days looks like checklists, pre made client folders, and a system for everything! Having no plan is planning to fail and we have no time for that at Monstera Real Estate Group!
