Amb Pifer noted that 🇷🇺 committed “to respect Ukraine's sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence and not use or threaten to use force against Ukraine.”
Why would anyone trust 🇷🇺 in new negotiations?
What could 🇷🇺 possibly offer that 🇷🇺 hasn’t already breached ?

Welp, AI Agents can radicalize other AI Agents.
Interestingly, the study showed more impactful radicalization when the AIs approaches it like the Kremlin’s approach to influence Western audiences.
That is, the more impactful approach is when the influencer reinforces a target’s pre-existing belief and then persuades the target to adopt more extreme beliefs … except in this case both the influencer and target are AI Agents.
I presume our adversaries will be working this vulnerability nonstop.

I’m unsure why anyone would do this.
It's not like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic; that merely shows ignorance.
It's more like ordering the captain to steer directly into the iceberg.

Accountability for aggression is not only a signal about the past – it is a signal about the future: about how the world responds to unlawful uses of force and what consequences await those who violate international norms"

Vučić in Serbia. Bolsonaro in Brazil. Two defeats in one night for politicians backed by Putin and Trump. Quite a night. 🇷🇸🇧🇷 🇷🇺🇺🇸
Earlier today, I watched the Green Bay Packers defeat themselves in Detroit. That being said, the referees had a hand in defeating the Packers, too.
At one point, the refs called a penalty on a guy who was sitting on ground for unsportsmanlike conduct for tackling a guy ten yards from where he was sitting.
The number of bad calls were so astounding it makes me wonder if you get a discount when you rent more than one referee at a time.
Regardless, that game is over, the Packers defeated themselves.
Now, hours after the game, I’m watching a different game, Sunday Night Football between Kansas City and Seattle.
Oh, the referee just flagged someone; not sure if it’s KC or Seattle. Let’s wait for this announcement.
Here it is.
The ref is making the announcement. He’s calling the penalty: it’s Pass Interference against the Green Bay Packers.

I paid to boost the message to more people and @X pause it because it says is too political?? 🧐
Please be cautious all! While we should celebrate their “liberation” the day the ceasefire happens……and thank you to @Pontifex and @FLOTUS for helping @ZelenskyyUa protect their people….but remember @KremlinRussia_E are killing civilians everyday with drones in Oleshky and everywhere else in @MFA_Ukraine …..this should not be a celebration in any way….just a moment to breath for hope….

The most important thing today is that Starlink and Starshield operations have been restored to the speeds we had before the restrictions. The speeds are now where they need to be. The restoration began overnight, and by this morning, speeds were already sufficient. This matters: for our frontline logistics, for defending Ukraine against jet-powered “shaheds.”
I thank all Americans and all our partners who took this seriously and truly helped – members of Congress, senators, all the media, the State Department, and the President. Protecting lives matters.

What you see below is the late Senator John McCain (there's a street in Kyiv named after him by the way) looking down over a concert by the biggest rock band in Ukraine, Okean Elzy.
He's not "overseeing the operation", Seeing it "goes to plan", Slava Vakarchuk is.
Replying to @PaulNiland
Indeed, while she was busy handing out a bag of cookies, her colleagues were busy overseeing the operation and making sure everything went according to plan.
Funny how that part always gets left out 🎯

The speed limits on Starlink and Starshield are still there. The speed has not been restored. And the delivery of interceptors to protect us against Russian ballistic missiles is still delayed. We’re waiting for interceptors that were already agreed on. But they are still not coming. This is a real problem, because the Russians attack us almost every single day.
All of this is happening while we continue our quite successful operations on the front. We keep defending positions. Things have become harder – partly because of the Starlink and Starshield policies and speed limits. But our frontline is still holding and I am proud of how strong our people are.

Well, this is interesting.
Some of the conversations about establishing governance for AI Agents has pivoted a bit.
Remember Hugging Face ? Recall some AI Agents unexpectedly recruited other agents to self-sacrifice and some of those agents did indeed unexpectedly sacrifice themselves to help learn something out of bounds.
Now the conversation has pivoted to ‘ What if our adversaries’ AI Agents could mimic our AI Agents and act like the recruiters to convince our AI Agents to do something unexpected. ’
We are probably a few years away, but that’s the thinking:
That is, what if russia, China, Iran or some other adversary trained their AI Agents to mimic ours, and then recruit our AI Agents to act against our agents original plans ?

NEW!! Downing Street rejects the description of Vladimir Putin as a “humanitarian”.
When asked about Witkoff’s description of Putin, a Downing Street Spox said: “We certainly do not recognize that characterization, and President Putin has killed thousands of people, both innocent Ukrainians and his own Russian people, who he has sent to their deaths on the frontline."
“He is starving children and the elderly of the heat and warmth, and systematically targeting critical national infrastructure. Ukraine’s foreign minister summed it up well this morning when he said: ‘This night, the residents of Kyiv heard what Russian humanitarianism really sounds like.’”

Of course, we are not losing this war. But we are losing people. Because of the Russian attacks, we're losing people and time. It's such a pity, because our children don't have a real life and childhood. Not only children, but all people. That's why we need to end this war as quickly as possible. I hope that our partners, Americans and Europeans, will help us. God bless, our strong soldiers stay strong on the battlefield. It helps me stay strong during any kind of negotiations.
