Chart 11 - Cancer Excess Mortality Ages 0-54 (USA - No PFE)
Steady escalation through 57.2% elevated versus 2010-2019 historic baseline. This is a 20-sigma event, or 60,700 excess deaths from cancer since Week 14 of 2021.
This excess cancer mortality composes 37% of the total cancer excess mortality the US has experienced since Week 14 of 2021. This age bracket normally contributes only 8 to 11% of all cancer mortality
...so the post-vax novel risk to this age bracket is now 360% higher than it was in 2020 and prior.
The 2020 dry tinder surge in cancers for this age bracket is NOT TREND DATA. This was early capture of persons already dying from cancer - contributing a later pull-forward effect (PFE) in the signal data, which is not even taken into account in this inflection chart.
Note: One CANNOT manipulate the baseline in this analysis (paltering) in order to get this inflection to disappear. The baseline is corroborated by 2010 - 2019 per-100K Age-Standardized CDC/NCHS Cancer Mortality data. Do not allow fraudsters to deceive you on this principle inside a DFT-Inflection chart.
This analytical method is superior to trend analysis, and is how we detected the excess cancer mortality signal in July of 2021 - and alerted the world over it.

I am reminded of a classical paper in Science in 2000 “Hematopoietic stem cell quiescence maintained by p21cip1/waf1” pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1071… and would suspect that loss of p21(WAF1) regulation by p53 in a state of p53 deficiency might contribute to a more proliferative state in the presence of Wnt activation.
I am also reminded of a paper from 3 decades ago “p53-independent transcriptional activation of p21 by vitamin D3 “Transcriptional activation of the Cdk inhibitor p21 by vitamin D3 leads to the induced differentiation of the myelomonocytic cell line U937” genesdev.cshlp.org/content/1…

Thus there is complex regulation of skin proliferation and one would hope future studies will investigate and discuss in more depth the complex regulatory networks that involve, growth, differentiation and cancer in p53-dependent and -independent pathways in epidermis and other tissues that also look at role of p53 family members.

Let’s explain what we just discovered in plain, simple language: 👇
When humans engineer synthetic DNA in a lab, they usually check only one thing: "Does this sequence translate into the right protein?" (the static letters).
They don’t see that living nature writes DNA using a hidden, medium-range grammatical rhythm - a 30-codon sequential program that guides how the ribosome builds life in real time.
So we ran a blind forensic test on Craig Venter’s famous synthetic cells (JCVI-syn1.0 and JCVI-syn3.0) against wild natural Mycoplasma.
We forbade our script from reading any gene names or annotations. We just fed it raw DNA letters and asked: "Find what doesn't belong."
🎯 THE RESULT WAS A FORENSIC BULLSEYE:
1️⃣ Out of 789 genes in JCVI-syn1.0, our algorithm flagged 12 genes where the natural syntactic program completely collapsed (d3b < 0).
When we opened the labels, those exact outliers were the FOREIGN VECTOR GENES artificially stitched in by human engineers:
• E. coli beta-galactosidase lacZ (d3b = -0.4564)
• Yeast marker HIS3 (d3b = -0.4286)

3️⃣ And when we tested JCVI-syn3.0 - where engineers deleted those foreign markers and kept only 412 essential natural Mycoplasma genes - 0 out of 412 genes failed! 100% of nature’s core genes kept their positive program intact!

The Nature paper, volume 647, pages 488–497 (2025) paper showed clearly that a primary effect of lipid nanoparticle encapsulated pseudouridine-modified COVID mRNA vaccines is to increase tumor PD-L1 which is an immune evasion tumor promoting effect. That alone is not an anti-tumor therapy. I’ve been saying that since then including differences with radiation or cisplatin that can increase PD-L1 as they have primary anti-tumor effects without being combined with anything else. The 2025 Nature paper’s discussion was very lacking in limitations or much more than promoting the vaccines.

A well-done paper @AACR journal shows strong evidence that prior work suggesting survival advantages of pre mRNA vaccination in cancer treatment is largely an artifact of confounding and biases - not real clinical benefits.
One has to wonder on the review process of the prior work…
