In a letter dated 15 November 2025, the studio says numerous people, both in Zimbabwe and in the diaspora, reported paying for stands in areas including Kariba and Victoria Falls, only to later discover that no legitimate allocations existed. According to the letter, many victims were left without documentation, refunds, or communication. The studio is appealing for anyone with proof of payment, receipts, or related evidence to submit information via a South African number provided in the notice. The initiative, signed by Deejay Holy, is described as a community-driven effort aimed at pursuing accountability and preventing further financial abuse disguised as land opportunities. The letter stresses that the campaign is not political but seeks transparency and justice for affected citizens. Point 5 Creative Studios says the consolidated testimonies will help protect others from falling victim to similar schemes. Pardon Gambakwe runs controversial social media pages where he has been accused several times of disseminating misleading information. He has also been accused of working for ZANU PF with most recently his alleged involvement in the arrest of Job Sikhala.
