Good evening everyone, This is Scalps News Special Report. Today we bring you news out of Westminster CA. Reports indicate that @EunMunNguyen is currently dodging authorities after keying someone’s car in the target parking lot. For reference this is the same guy who drove all over the freeway to get to a restock. Let’s go to someone who was there at the scene. They stated “So basically at WestMinster Mall target we were all in line outside and Eun was at the front. Some random guy with his girl and mom park by the entrance and he takes a picture of the line as he exits his car. Eun spots the guy taking a picture and runs up to him and presses him to delete the picture. The other guy stands his ground and and they start yelling at each other. Eventually they stop and the guy goes in to shop. Eun then runs over to the guys car and scratches the side of the car and also did something to their tire. The other guy comes out, sees what happened and calls the police. I then stayed behind as a witness and spoke to the police. They got Euns name down, his social media, and even asked me to show his speeding video after I brought it up. Then I overheard them asking dispatch to contact the targets in adams and beach to warn them of him.” Eun, I’m still waiting for you to share your side of the story. Hey everyone! So this really gets my blood boiling. Iv posted about this dudes scummy behavior before. He’s followed vendors… makes fun of said vendors and is just an all around poor example of a pokemon collector. Well he’s just a scalper actually. Anyways, he is back and up to his usual antics. Now bro putting the lives of people around him at risk, driving like a lunatic well over the speed limit, just to hit a restock. Mind you this was only about 2 minutes worth of a 10 minute drive.
