Someone should tell Bheki Cele that the fact that the ConCourt has agreed to hear Zuma’s application for rescission, does not suspend the order of imprisonment and that he must still be arrested and imprisoned pending the hearing and a decision.
The new Zuma application does not suspend the original ConCourt Order. Therefore the original arrest warrant stands unless it is suspended by PMB High Court on Tuesday. But does that Court have the authority to suspend a ConCourt Court order?
What will happen with former president's trial on Monday, will it go ahead or are we heading for another postponement?
