Today the Bank of Canada moved: policy rate up 0.25% to 2.50%, the first increase since 2023.
Not the direction we hoped for, and it adds pressure for families. But rates move in cycles. We've built through all of them for over 40 years.
We'll keep watching, and we'll keep building.
