I’ve cracked it pardon the pun 😂 . Marinated pork Filipino bbq style but with the crackling we’ve grown to love. Prepared the Cantonese way with a couple of my own cooking techniques added to combine the two countries together. It tasted delicious.

I just cooked cinnamon & honey drizzled baked figs with a splash of truffle oil, Thai basil leaves with burrata cheese. Yum. Next up is dinner beef rendang, currently my favourite meal to cook.
