What’s not believable about the maintenance tolerability? Isn’t that always how GLP1 is? And in this case they *reduced* the dose in maintenance.
Kick it off with 80% nausea, a quarter kf the arm discontinues, those who stay are tolerating QW dose, then you cut the dose in half. Why wouldn’t the tol be outstanding in maintnenance?
