For everyone thinking of moving to Arkansas
There are alligators we have bears we have wild
hogs, coyotes, mountain lions, tornadoes, ice, storms, flooding, extreme drought, occasionally, snow storms, where we can’t get out and sometimes we go weeks at 100° continuously
Walmart runs the state. We have more dry counties than any other state in the country.
We have an interstate 49 that goes to Northwest Arkansas that we call the Arkansas 500 because of the high rate of speed of cars even driving rain storms.
We pay personal property taxes on our personal automobiles. We have an 11 1/2% sales tax.
Little Rock is the Chicago of Arkansas

For everyone thinking of moving to Florida, don’t.
There are alligators, sharks where the alligators aren’t, snakes bigger than your car, bugs the size of your head, birds big enough to steal your babies. We won’t even get into the jellyfish.
We have hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, & floods.
We have one of the deadliest interstates & another one that’s like driving on NASCAR.
Housing costs are up and so is insurance.
Most importantly, Florida is CLOSED!!

27 years ago today, we lost my dad.
Sweetness. The man whose smile could light up a whole city and whose heart never stopped running. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss him.
What keeps me going is seeing how much you all still love him. The stories, the memories, the way you keep his name and spirit alive… it means everything to our family.
Thank you for never forgetting him. Thank you for carrying his legacy with us all these years.
