Flu is caused by viruses, not bacteria, so antibiotics won't help! Antibiotics target bacteria, and are ineffective against viruses like influenza. Taking antibiotics when you have the flu won't make you feel better, and it can even contribute to #AMR. #FluSeason #OneHealth

Regular hand hygiene is crucial to prevent the spread of microbes that can mutate into antimicrobial-resistant forms. Wash or sanitize frequently, especially before eating, after restroom use, after blowing your nose, after touching shared surfaces or animals. #HandHygiene #IPC
