Lastly - you don’t need ring feeders!! But a few extra £ on good electric fencing gear is well spent. @PoweredPasture – at Scotland, United Kingdom

It’s good to feel appreciated…..! 😊
If you can, let someone who might be struggling know they are appreciated. A few kind words can give such a lift. And thanks to Andrew Sinclair for this brilliant spring “appreciation” pic. #keeptalking #kindness #StressAwarenessMonth

Ewes off the swedes at Southfield and on to pre-lambing rotations on the more exposed fields. Not much cover (1,600kgDM/ha) but just enough before they drift into lambing fields in 10 days time.

Books have played a key role in inspiring our farming journey, & we’ve read some belters over the years. So here’s to the thinkers, doers & change makers, keep writing & thank you!
Here’s a few currently on our bookshelves & we have plenty on our ‘to read’ list!
