The Taliban announced that they can't pay their 400,000 terrorists for the next three months. It’s due to the suspension of US foreign aid and the impact of No Tax Dollars For Terrorists Act by @RepTimBurchett.
But they claim U.S. aid does not benefit the Taliban.
