So please tell name a great fighter he beat at 140 pounds and above? You can't.
Biggest wins are against Ponce and a old/washed Paulie. Both fights were controversial and a lot of people Broner lost them.

Adrien Broner did not have the potential to be an all time great IMO. He was a very good fighter at 130 and 135. Doesn't have a significant win at 140 and above.
A lot of people feel Broner also lost to Ponce. His career was guided very carefully as well.

Shakur going to be at least a 6-1 favorite. At least.

A lot of guys just hanging out for clout. Not a lot of actual work or coaching being done. There's so many better gyms around town. I actually don't think there are any high profile fighters that actually train there. (Like actually have their camp)

P4P one of the worst gyms in the city

And these dudes want to get paid for beating cans. I respect Haney because he takes a lot of tough fights/decent opposition. His career as been guided pretty well and been getting paid for it. These guys are getting old and the pay days won't be there down the line.

I didn't understand the notion of Norman being the favorite here either. Even though Haney looked absolutely terrified against Ramirez, the overreaction was crazy. Who the fuck has Norman beat 😆
Made a bag on Haney

Isn't that a terrible question that sums up the issue with boxing?
Too many belts, too many champions and too much politics.

The CTE prince. I've meet him for the first time about 10 times.

Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of shitty deals out there, more than good ones. But I've heard through legit sources that Keyshawn and Shakur turned down massive bags. The common denominator is J Prince. A bully at the negotiating table might be too big for his britches this time around.

I think Dan Rafael recently said it best. "Fighters are turning down legit money for fights.....you only have a limited amount of time to make that money...."
