Unbelievable poor customer service from @Zopa unable to guide me but or human to access my USA to transfer in from another provider. Each chat to Human takes 5 mins to answer. Wrong advice given to non existent options. Will leave bank and take my other savings. Rubbish

This company is a rip off . Please be aware if you try contacting customer support when your product arrives broken and useless they deny email claiming it is spam. I have tried three different and working emails. Currently bank is now involved in their scam

This company fails 2respond to emails or messages. I ordered this and received a damaged package with all in pieces and plastic spout broken. No response so pursuing refund thru bank. Do not buy . Awful company and you can buy same product for 7.99 on Amazon although it’s useless

I am not a great fan of #JeremyClarkson to be honest but the #clarksonfarm series has been a masterpiece of great television and story telling. Funny, moving and poignant in equal measure. I felt series 5 was an emotional rollercoaster . Brilliant and full recovery please
