Most B2B SaaS companies are invisible on social media. Not because they don't post. Because no one knows who's behind the product. Buyers don't trust logos. They trust founders. They trust the person who built the thing. But here's what no one tells you. Even if your founder is willing to show up — it usually won't work UNLESS you give them a repeatable system. Here's one that works: Host a weekly webinar featuring customer success stories. Repurpose the clips as teaser content. Rinse. Repeat. Your founder becomes the face. Your customers become the proof. Your content becomes the pipeline. Founder-led content isn't a trend. It's the only B2B content strategy that compounds.

HIRING: Junior Email Copywriter Looking for a junior email copywriter to join the team. This is an entry-level role, so I’m not expecting years of experience. BUT... You should have some copywriting experience and a good understanding of what makes ecom copy work. I’ll likely be training you up quite a bit, so I’m mainly looking for someone who can write, take feedback well, and wants to get better. If you’re interested, DM me with: - A quick intro + your experience - Any ecom brands/niches you’ve written for - A few examples of your past work I’ll give you a couple of small tasks to see how you think/write if shortlisted.

Folks, I really need a solid. Read my articles. Meta and Google is trying to destroy local independent journalism, food writing, and food reporting. They want us to pay them! Here is something to read. Four Green Cats is still coming soon to Haddonfield. southjerseyfoodscene.com/fou…

Everyone thinks content marketing stopped working because so many B2B brands are pulling far fewer leads from their content this year than last. But the truth is that's only because those brands have been running the wrong strategy all along. I talk to SaaS brands stuck in this trap constantly: They've been publishing 4-5 thought leadership articles a month for years. Traffic climbed, so they kept going, convinced the content engine was working. (Even though sales could never point to a single post that influenced a deal) Then their buyers moved vendor research into AI. 92% now say AI shapes their shortlist. 83% say it shapes the final decision. And those brands don't show up anywhere in that process. So the leads dried up, and they decided content was dead. But here's the part from that same research (SEMrush 2026 research) that should stop you cold: Only 7% of buyers notice a vendor because they recognize the name. 53% notice the one that matches their exact use case. So where's the disconnect? Those brands built content to be read. They never built content to get them chosen. AI can answer "what is contract management software" without the buyer ever leaving the chat. But when that buyer asks "best contract management software for mid-market SaaS" or searches your competitor's alternatives, they're building a shortlist. That's the moment you either show up with a specific, proof-backed answer, or you don't exist in the decision. It seems obvious. I can't tell you how many brands still have 200 blog posts and zero comparison pages. It's insane to me. So stop believing the narrative that content is dead. Awareness content built for clicks might be. But the decision-stage content that gets you shortlisted is wide open. And that's the content that actually makes you money.

Being a founder with a built product is easy... You just need to: 1. build the product 2. get a few people to love it 3. realize nobody can explain it 4. ask marketing to "just make the homepage clearer" 5. send them 47 features and one sentence that says "it's like Stripe for AI" 6. explain that the ICP is "basically everyone" 7. ask for messaging that works for buyers, investors, candidates and your mom 8. rewrite the homepage every few months 9. wonder why sales calls still begin with "let me explain what we do" 10. discover prospects are comparing you to the wrong competitors 11. ask for a positioning doc 12. reject the first draft because it doesn't mention the product's best feature 13. ask for a positioning statement, problem framing, value proposition and supporting arguments 14. request a messaging matrix that tells everyone who, what, where, when and why 15. remember that each use case needs its own message 16. demand the shortest version of the story that still lands 17. ask why the website says what the product does but not why anyone should care 18. turn the homepage into a feature museum 19. ask marketing to make the outcomes more prominent 20. ask sales to use the new language 21. ask the founder to use the new language 22. ask the board to approve the new language 23. discover everyone has a different definition of the customer 24. spend 90 minutes mapping the audience, product, features, benefits and outcomes 25. spend week two choosing between a cold email sequence, objection scripts, landing page copy, content hooks and investor messaging 26. finally get positioning locked, messaging documented and copy ready for the site, sales calls and outreach 27. ask if we can make it sound a little more "viral"

COPYWRITERS: I was thinking of holding a monthly office hours for copywriters. But since my reach on Twitter seems to have collapsed, it seems like a wasted effort. Which is why you don't see many tweets from me. But if 30 or more like the idea, then I will hold them.

"You would make so much more money if you didn't give your curriculum away for free." I could make much more money doing a lot of things! 😂 What I'm trying to do here is get as many kids reading as possible. The best way I can do that is free curriculum ❤️

I need to make a very PUBLIC announcement on behalf of younger GenXers and older Millennials. If you see someone in their 40s or 50s who seems a little boring now, I need you to understand something... We already got it in. Like...GOT. IT. IN. We are not sitting home on a Friday night because we never knew how to have fun. We are sitting home on a Friday night because we have seen enough. We went to parties in houses that should have been condemned and were almost certainly owned by the local drug dealer. We saw police lights and RAN and not across a nice, flat field. INTO THE WOODS. Do you understand the athleticism required to hurdle uprooted tree roots in platform shoes while simultaneously trying to keep your low-rise jeans from sliding completely off your ass? And somehow...we never spilled the Zima. We never spilled the Boone’s Farm. That was TALENT. We slept on floors in strange houses because the designated driver either never showed up or, in a shocking turn of events, was drunker than everybody else. There was no Uber, Life360 or Find My Friends. There was just somebody named Mike saying, “I know a shortcut.” And we FOLLOWED MIKE. We closed down bars and then decided the night was still young, so we drove to Atlantic City, where we somehow managed to get drunk, sober up, get drunk again, sober up again and then get drunk a THIRD TIME before breakfast. And according to our parents? We were at Michelle’s house. Eating pizza and watching movies. Michelle’s mother unknowingly covered for approximately 17 people every weekend. If there even was a Michelle. We drank things called Purple Passion, Mad Dog 20/20 and whatever somebody mixed inside a giant plastic garbage can. Nobody asked what was in it. You grabbed a red Solo cup and trusted the process. We went to clubs until the lights came on. Do you know the psychological damage of seeing a nightclub with the LIGHTS ON? Nothing good happens after those lights come on. We danced for four straight hours in shoes that permanently altered the structure of our feet. We made entire plans without cell phones...no texts, dropped pins or group chats...just an extremely questionable sense of direction. We rode in cars with 11 people when the vehicle legally seated five. Someone was always sitting on someone. Someone was always in the hatchback. And there was always one friend yelling, “DUCK!” when we passed a cop. So yes...now we like being home. We like sweatpants. We like cancelling plans. We like saying, “That sounds fun!” with absolutely no intention of attending. We like restaurants at 5:30 because we can get a good table. We like being home by 8:17. And if someone texts at 9:30 PM and says, “What are you doing?” Sleeping...we are sleeping. Because this is not boring my friends...this is retirement. We already played, partied and danced on the bar. We already ran from the cops through a wooded area dressed like a Spice Girl. We have stories that cannot be posted because there are still people with careers, marriages and reputations to protect. And thank GOD there were no camera phones. So kids, when you look at your Gen X and older Millennial parents sitting peacefully on the couch watching Dateline at 8 PM and think: “God, you guys are boring.” Sweetheart...oh sweetheart. You are looking at retired legends. Put some respect on our names. We're probably the reason Life360 was invented. xoxoxo (posted from someone else on FakeBook) 🤣 #genx #oldandtired

Eagles fans, I need a favor. My fiancé bought 3 tickets to the #Eagles vs #Bears game in Chicago on Sept 28th as a birthday gift. Sadly, she had a major medical emergency last week and faces a long recovery ahead. We can no longer go and need to sell these at exact cost to help cover her medical bills. 🎟️ The Tickets: Section 219, Row 1, Seats 9, 10, & 11💰 The Price: $625 per ticket (Exactly what we paid, no upcharge, no TM fees) When we tried to list them on @Ticketmaster for our exact cost, they tacked on massive fees and listed them for $825 each to the buyer. On top of that, their system glitched, split our 3 connected seats into individual listings, and they refused to help us fix it. We just want these to go to good fans for a fair price. If you want 3 great seats together at face value without giving TM extra money, please DM me. RTs deeply appreciated!

We’re putting 3 real business scenarios in the hot seat and breaking down exactly what we’d focus on next. On September 9, we're hosting a FREE event for freelancers, founders, and small business owners who are ready to build a marketing and sales strategy that actually works. Where pipeline is consistent. Pricing reflects value. And growth doesn't stall out. This is a live hot seat session where we introduce you to the 4 elements your business needs to grow: a strong offer, scalable pricing, real online credibility, and a repeatable marketing and sales strategy. All interconnected and equally important ^. Then we'll dissect three real business scenarios live. You'll see the elements applied in real time, with real small business owners, before you take it back to your own business. You'll leave with a clear picture of what to cut, and where to focus to grow revenue this fall and beyond. Want a chance to be featured as one of the 3 business scenarios? Fill out the form and give us a brief description of your current growth pain points. If your scenario is chosen, we’ll reach out to coordinate further! meetharlow.com/harlow-hot-se…
