The recruiting industry will hype up an OKAY prospect, give him stars, rankings, exposure, and opportunities simply because somebody knows somebody in the right circle.
Meanwhile, a REAL BALLER can fly completely under the radar because he doesn’t have those same connections.
That’s the part of recruiting nobody wants to talk about.
Talent matters. But ACCESS matters too. 🔌
