Initial Lighthouse Repair is 20 tech trash + 200 hqm to open Deep Sea, [ WORK IN PROGRESS, NOT FINAL ], also the ladder is broken at the moment to get up to repair area? In theory the repair cost is shared across multiple light houses, so both contribute to the cost. #Rust
