BTC fell 55% from $126k to $57k. OTHERS/BTC rose.
From June to September, BTC rallied about 50%, from $57k to $87k. OTHERS/BTC rose again. Since October, BTC has spent over a month sliding from $87k to $74k. OTHERS/BTC is still holding above its lows from the past year. Across those three moves, alts outperformed Bitcoin overall. The last time we saw that? Six years ago… right before altseason.
Just compare these two charts. Does BTC’s price action since the summer reversal really look like the 10-month downtrend from October 2025 to July 2026? I don’t think so)
Since the summer, we’ve been seeing a very different rhythm: sharp moves up, followed by slower, drawn-out pullbacks. Even the way BTC falls looks different now.
Look at how the moves develop, how price consolidates, where the aggressive moves happen. To me, these are very different structures.

Is it really any different this time? So much fear, so much doubt, so many bad headlines… and so many shorts still open. I’m not sure it’s worth panicking over.
Binance got hacked for $6 billion. The Nasdaq dropped 6.5% in a single day after the AI stock selloff, its worst daily close since March 2020… and OTHERS (alts) didn’t even flinch. Structure’s intact. Breakout loading 🚀

OTHERS (alts).
I don’t see anything bearish here. After its latest move up, OTHERS is forming a classic bull flag. RSI is back in oversold territory — the same zone where the bottom formed in the summer of 2026. Only this time, OTHERS has formed a higher low. In my view, this is a pause before the next leg up 🤞
Bitcoin already has a bullish divergence on the 4H, and now one’s forming on the daily too. I don’t know how much longer we’ll chop around these levels… $74k? $73k? $72k? $71k? 🤷♂️ A reversal could come at any time.
However long we chop around these levels, there’s some good news… in a bull market, rallies are usually stronger and faster than pullbacks.

Over the last four years, US stocks have been through a few selloffs. There was bad news behind every one of them, and the bull market survived them all. What I find interesting is that whatever the news was, the indices kept putting in higher lows. And look where they ended up after each selloff… well above where the selling started.
Look at the purple zones. Each one marks where a selloff started. Now look at the low of the next selloff. The S&P 500 was around 6,100 before the tariff selloff even began. By the time the market sold off over the war in Iran, even the low was above 6,300. Same thing with the AI stock selloff so far… we’re still well above where the Iran selloff started. Different this time? I doubt it. I don’t think this market tops until risk assets have had their run.

Nasdaq
here’s hoping this support holds. Extreme fear and short-term oversold conditions give me a little more confidence that it will :)
let’s see if they give the markets another beating into tomorrow’s weekly close. If this support holds, though, that would be a bullish signal.
With US tech taking a beating, AI stocks getting dumped and money evaporating from the stock market, maybe it’s time to give crypto a closer look :)
Crypto’s relative strength is showing in this stock market sell-off. It’s been holding its own against stocks over the past few months yet unlike AI stocks and the broader market, it remains deeply oversold on a multi-year basis.
Looks like the AI bubble is packing its bags and moving to crypto. Welcome aboard, make yourselves at home 🤗

This year, the world came close to WWIII. Inflation flared up again, the Fed hiked rates, crypto exchanges got hacked, the CLARITY Act fell through, and Bitcoin went through a bear market.
And yet OTHERS — alts — has been outperforming gold since late January 2026. Nine months and counting.
All that “worthless stuff nobody needs,” as people love to call it, has beaten one of the strongest safe-haven assets out there, despite that entire pile of bearish catalysts.
Feels like big money is trying to tell us something here :)
I get it after years of getting burned by alts, it’s hard to trust the bullish signs, even when they’re right there. This shit has bounced only to dump straight back to hell, over and over.
But ARB/USD looks seriously bullish here. A major bullish divergence on the weekly, a break in the sequence of lower highs, and a bull flag after a month of selling. I think it’s getting ready to go a lot higher. For that to play out, we need BTC and ETH to hold their ground.

I honestly don’t understand the logic of people who think crypto, especially altcoins, can’t rally under Trump. Biden or Trump, Democrat or Republican, does the market cycle suddenly stop because of who sits in the White House? Markets have their own cycles, shaped by liquidity and capital rotation. Political headlines can create volatility, but they don’t dictate every phase of the cycle.
Yes, the market has been through a lot of pain under Trump. I understand why many now struggle to imagine a strong altcoin rally during his presidency. But that pain doesn’t mean altseason has been cancelled. If the conditions come together, it can happen under Trump too. The market doesn’t need a new president to change direction 🙂
my bad(
$2,171, not $2,200 😁
Hopefully Ethereum (ETH) keeps following the September 19 forecast from here :))

Ethereum (ETH), I really wouldn’t mind seeing you move much higher already, but I also wouldn’t be surprised if the next leg up starts with another manipulation similar to what we saw last spring. Their fingerprints on the charts can look suspiciously familiar sometimes))
This short-term volatility will probably scare a lot of people, but that’s exactly the point — to make the move above $3,000 feel anything but easy.
The easy part starts once ETH finally breaks above $5,000. Until then, it’s pretty clear that ETH simply doesn’t want to move fast.
I don’t know if Trump has struck a deal with Iran, but this chart looks ready for a major move. No certainty on direction, but the setup leans bearish. #OIL
#oil
I don’t know for sure whether Trump has struck a deal with Iran. But if oil keeps sliding, that theory starts to carry more weight. Sometimes the market writes the story before the headlines do.
looks like OTHERS/BTC is joining the party. A promising start to November, let’s see if it holds.
ETH/BTC
A strong start to November for ETH. ETH/BTC spent all of October sliding. Now November is starting to reveal what the chart has been setting up for. Something far bigger than a bounce.
#Ethereum
I also want to share how I see the structure of OTHERS on the weekly and monthly charts. Both look impressively strong :)
- a reversal took shape this summer;
- the 15-month downtrend was broken;
- a higher high was formed;
- a pullback into the support zone followed in October.
The higher timeframes confirm the bullish scenario! Now we just need the orange beast to stay quiet for a bit and let the charts do their thing 😂

Russell 2000 small caps look almost too good on the weekly chart. Looks like the downtrend has run its course. Next targets: 3200–3400.
An inverse head and shoulders on the ETH/BTC weekly.
You know, it’s very hard to side with the pessimists here. ETH has been outperforming Bitcoin for 550 days, spent the last six months building this pattern, and now seems to have put October’s decline behind it ending a two-month slide against BTC. Let’s see where this takes the ratio next.
