Wait..
Two observations, and admittedly, I haven’t watched competitive League in a couple years, so this might not be anything new..:
1. The #2 NA team just beat the #1 Korean team.. like, what? Granted it’s a BO3, but still.. it’s suspends belief a little bit..
2. Meta picks are a thing of the past. It used to be that teams would hit up a boot camp pre-worlds, and all the picks/bans throughout the tournament would be centric around 1-3 specific champions per role.. now it just seems to be that they build comps off of pocket picks?

But that LMS match between Cody and Randy? At Crown Jewel?
That’s a TKO call to save PLE sales.. the cats out of the bag that a LOT of people are going to skip CJ in a form of protest against WWE for sending them into a potential war zone.

1100 rolls around. I go in. “Any ETA?”
Clerk: (a real nice and apologetic lady I might add) *gets on email and radio* “Tractor Supply (reciever) changed the product order. We’re trying to get confirmation and new paperwork together”
Me: “ok thank you” * back to truck*
Now it’s 1400. I go back in
Me: Any updates?
Clerk: (still apologetic as ever) *email, radio, phone* “I am so sorry. They still haven’t sent us the changes. But my boss said load what we have and we will get you out of here as soon as we can. The next available loader is on lunch and as soon as he gets back I’ll have him load you.”
Me: “Ok, thanks” *back to truck.
So hopefully any time now..
Oh, did I mention that our splits are disabled because too many 🤬🤬🤬🤬 idiots didn’t know how to use them and racked up too many violations?

We see it on the daily (hell, the hourly) - especially on open stretches like I30 and I40. Speed limit is 70/75 for us depending on which section. I go 70. And I am CONSTANTLY passed at 71, to the point where I have to back down to damn near 60 in order to:
1. Let him by
2. Regain my safe following distance because in addition to passing me for one freaking mile an hour, he decides to nearly take my nose off.
After that, I’m down to 60, getting back up to speed? The 65-68s decide I’m too slow for them now and attempt to overtake and pass me as well.

So.. today.. I-40 in Arkansas.
I am a speed limit driver unless it’s above my optimal fuel speed. I’m empty, so I get the best mileage at 70 in this case.
So I’m waiting until I get out of West Memphis westbound. The limit changes, I hammer down. A 60mph is in front of me as I get to 65, so I move over to pass. Lane is clear about a quarter mile behind.
As I get over, I hear on the CB:
“Just what you think you’re doing in that left lane there, US?” (I am contracted to USX if you didn’t know.) I assume it’s from the flattop Pete about 3 trucks back.
“Getting past this 60 so I can do 70” I reply.
*silence*
Either he was satisfied with the answer, OR he was dumbfounded that I had a CB and had it on 🤣🤣
